BUT that whole interaction was COMPLETELY cut off and replaced with the translation just saying that the MC ejaculated normally, and the ML said good job.

Iberis is one of precious S-class esper however due to something he did (not his fault) he was treated unfairly by the government. This part is both understandable and incomprehensible at the same time. This story is kind of heavy in politic, you can expect things that can happen in guideverse coorporate political drama.

Back to Iberis, he has terminal condition and really need a guide or else he will die in a year or two (since he's kind of workaholic). However most guides are unable to handle or even touch him. That's where Luke (ML) comes from.

He has this typical depressed MC's trait that doesn't really have any will to live, perhaps a PTSD due to the incident that led to his neglect. Compared to other OP esper MC, I think he has more mixed baggages that make him a more complicated character, I mean complicated to understand.

It's normal for people to have inconsistent personality/traits in life, but in book it kind of minus point if characters didn't at least stick to one trait.

Aside from that, he's polite, not very social, and inexperienced in some areas but they're mostly due to his circumstances. There's some scenes that I think he's kinda cute, so at least there's that moment.

I will change my impression later as I read more.

Lucas or Luke gives me a different vibe to normal ML. I think he should be the top right? Okay now he has this common trait of ML top, being OP, has strong supporter, and has a very good position to save MC as his assigned doctor/physician and guide.

However unlike other ML where readers usually can't read much into their mind (appear mysterious etc) we are given a lot of his POV which show how much normal he was. We also told of his background and his goal. In just one-two chapters since he appeared, I feel he has richer life than MC lol.

It shouldn't be groundbreaking, but maan it's just uncommon for ML to be given this much normal POV so that I just have to mention it.

Also his actions bewildered Iberis although he didn't mean to, which I find funny since usually the role is reversed, it's usually the ML which get astonished by MC. I almost thought maybe their role reversed? let's check the tag again.

Ah both Iberis and Luke are around 24-25 and I think they feel their age. They both competent on their job since they have been doing it for years, they're trying to be professional but also has flaws due to their inexperience/immaturity befit their age. They're not overly mature or strangely immature. Normal ig.
