This novel isn’t scary enough to be horror, nor mysterious enough to be scary.

The novel highlights the side romance, and the main character is emotionally detached. She said she wasn’t interested in men, and it’s obvious who the male lead was. But the two didn’t sync at all. They don’t have that “potential relationship” vibe, they just became a couple because the author forced it. The MC has more chemistry with women than with that guy.

Their trope is strong ML and weak FL.

Really fun and interesting world building. Characters are decent but the setting and the horror instances the MC builds are where the author really shines. If you want character interaction this might not be the novel for you. A bit like watching someone play a tower defense game, where the goal is that players don't clear.
