Initial Impressions
The novel starts off with an emotionally gripping premise: Senri, our main character, finds out that his girlfriend Shiori is cheating on him. This betrayal sets the stage for what could have been a complex and nuanced exploration of love, trust, and psychological intricacies. Unfortunately, the story fails to deliver on its initial promise.

Lack of Resolution & Overcomplication
After 32 chapters, not a single mystery surrounding the characters, especially Shiori's perplexing mental state, has been resolved. Instead of focusing on unraveling the layers of the initial premise, the author keeps introducing new characters with their own sets of unexplained, complex issues. This turns the plot into a tangled mess that leaves the reader more confused than intrigued.

Implausible Character Abilities
What's even more frustrating is the level of cognitive dissonance the reader has to employ to continue with the story. Shiori evolves from a cheating girlfriend into a nearly omniscient being, capable of predicting Senri's interactions with other characters down to their dialogues. Such exaggerated abilities not only stretch the story's credibility but also negate the emotional stakes set at the beginning.

Stagnant Character Progression
The characters, especially Senri, seem stuck in a loop, with little to no emotional or psychological development. If the story's main actors aren't evolving, then it's hard to invest in their journey or the challenges they face.

Conclusion
While the novel had a promising start that could have led to a nuanced exploration of complicated emotional and psychological themes, it ends up losing its focus and credibility. This, combined with the dragging plot and lack of character progression, ultimately makes for a frustrating read.

Hm. This is actually pretty interesting. There's really not any flaws that are immediately apparent, not that I really care about such things. Creating art doesn't seem to be about the various pieces, but using those as versions, in order to keep getting closer to what you are trying to understand - so I kinda feel like this whole site is people practicing their voices, and all the rest of us are just sorting through the flotsam and jetsam of yesterday - like walking through an art museum, feeling various... more>> feelings, experiencing epiphanies and also things that make us feel smaller - anyway, back to this.. there is some jumping of the different character's understandings of one another - kind of like... oh, that was abrubt, I didn't realize you had already understood all of that, no preamble! But somehow, this way of doing things only adds to the strangeness and dark/light elements in this story? I don't know.

I'm not usually seeking these sorts of stories out, but I'm really enjoying this one. Both author and translators are doing a nice job. no complaints. Eager to see what happens next.

As for spoilers or breakdowns... without saying enough to gain an understanding it would just lead to misunderstandings. haha, maybe that's too cryptic. a better way to say it may be that this story follows an ultra-familiar format but the path it take to do so is strange and mysterious, moving in and out of the dappled shadows, so a simple summary would be almost worse than nothing. there's only 13 chapters out, just read it quick if it seems like it might be your thing. <<less

From the Summary I was expecting something Cliche like the ex-girlfriend become Yandere after finally realizing her feeling and seeing him already happy with another girl but apparently I was mistaken and pretty surprised since...

... She wasn't sure at all "which one of her" who did it and from her monologue she might be suffer from Multiple Personalities Disorder (not sure this the right Mental Sickness) beside being Yandere
