This novel deserves far more recognition than it currently gets!!!!!

The story follows a trainee who unexpectedly receives a “system” something he initially believes will turn him into the protagonist of his own story. His wish is simple: to become the top idol. However, the system he’s given is far from kind, it traps him in a time loop, forcing him to repeat events until he completes its tasks perfectly.

Over time, this relentless cycle strips away his warmth. In order to succeed, he resorts to morally questionable choices: bribery, manipulation, blackmail,... more>> and even ignoring the suffering of those around him. None of it comes from ambition alone, but from necessity because the system it demands results.

Eventually, his group wins the grand prize. But instead of fulfillment, he’s left with emptiness. He realizes he hates what he’s become and wants to quit.

That’s when everything resets.

He’s sent back to before his debut, but this time, things are different. He receives a new system, one that is surprisingly gentle, supportive, and genuinely helpful. After everything he’s endured, he struggles to trust it, making their dynamic funny and adorable.

One of the most sweetest aspects of the story is watching the protagonist slowly regain his spark. His journey back to finding purpose, trust, and genuine passion is handled with care and depth. Watching the protagonist rediscover why he wanted to debut in the first place is both heartwarming and satisfying.

The supporting characters (rest of the group) is equally well-written. Each character is introduced gradually, with distinct personalities and their own stories, making them easy to remember and connect with.

Overall, this is a deeply engaging novel that deserves wayyy more attention... Please give it a try.

Side note: I honestly want to read the rest of the chapters but its premium content and my MTL site just shut down 😭 if someone knows any good sites please dm me 🥺💕 <<less

I honestly don’t understand how this masterpiece doesn’t have any reviews yet. I’m not the best person to write one, and I’m not even sure this will convince anyone to read it—but I just couldn’t stay silent.

There are some similarities to Debut or Die:

1. It’s an idol story

... more>> 2. There’s a system involved

But this story feels much heavier. The main character is exhausted. He has repeated the same scenarios so many times that he’s become numb—almost detached from morality—and will do absolutely anything just to reach the ending.

And when I say anything, I mean it. He goes so far that he completely loses himself.

Then, right at the final task, he flips everything.

That’s when the story truly begins—or maybe begins again in a different way. Unlike before, he makes a wish “to live wherever he wants, ” and from that point on, everything starts to change.

Some key points:

  • His relationship with the scenario guide is incredible. It’s funny, chaotic, and surprisingly wholesome—I couldn’t stop laughing.
  • His relationship with his groupmates is beautiful, but also heartbreaking. He doesn’t realize how much he’s loved and appreciated, and whenever we get chapters from the others’ POV, it genuinely hurts.
  • As a reader, I felt a strong connection with the fans in the story. If you’ve ever been a fan of anything, you’ll understand that feeling.
I was completely immersed. The plot never gets boring—I stayed up way too late reading without even noticing, and paid the price the next morning when I had to wake up for work.

Please, give this a chance.
