From what I've seen in this genre most stories end up sidelining the child character, in this case Rosaria. So far while she does still have parts she isn't the core focus since it mainly focuses on MC, the father. There are some nice scenes like her showing him her art and her getting the teddy bear but there's also some scenes that allude to things that I dislike. Despite the MC claiming that he will do what his daughter wants when she is studying the magic textbooks he essentially forces her to continue studying. She says that she doesn't enjoy it and he implies that its rude to not study since they gifted it. I think the tone overall is what makes me dislike this scene, it didn't give me the feeling of a father caring about his daughter and trying to open all doors for her, since it lacked any kind of inner thoughts from him about how this is best for her. I also really really hate how he keeps neglecting her and leaving her in [Insert unidentified female tower person] who the author keeps having them say lines like "Your father is busy" or "You need to study this to be useful for him" and despite him hearing this or her mentioning it to him the MC does nothing to shut down this kind of behavior. This is my biggest complaint with the series so far, it's going for a wholesome father daughter vibe but failing at it. When his daughter says in front of him that "A nonna said I have to learn this to be useful for you" *Not exact quote rather than him instantly shutting that down and telling her that she is special to him regardless he just subtly ignores it. This might just be me reading into things too much but this is something I think that is vitally missing. At least for me this story doesn't feel like a mix between wholesome and reincarnated as a villain (who needs to get their life together) and it instead is coming off as a person reincarnated as a villain who got a daughter, but the connection and wholesomeness that is suppose to come out of him awkwardly trying to be a father is instead coming out callous and hypocritical since he is claiming that he won't use her and let her develop in her interests while actively allowing behavior like her being told that he is too busy to see her. Anyway, while this massive rant might come off as very negative I have enjoyed the story so far, while this is something I dislike its by no means anything that has so far negatively impacted the story, its just something I think could of been improved and something I'm worried might impact the quality in later chapters if the author continues to essentially make him a sub-par parent who allows behavior that can be considered abusive (Forcing her to study excessively and neglect)
