TLDR: it's pretty bad. The characters are completely unrelatable. The premise just makes you wonder what rock the target audience hides under.

Take my chapter number with a grain of salt. After about 30 chapters I skipped ahead at about every 5-10 chapters. To see if it got better. While the MTL was readable, the novel never improved

The title is misleading, everyone came here for the wholesomeness, yet we were given tragedy for the first few dozens of chapters. That basically sums up the low rating of this novel. I've read a few reviews on the original source and came to the conclusion that the "Happy" in the title is probably meant to be ironic and not to be taken literally.

This novel is meant for the sadist, if you're here for the fluffiness, you might be in for a huge disappointment. I recommend you to stop right... more>> now. Other than the initial disappointment due to the misleading title, the story itself is still somewhat appealing as of right now, at the very least, I am interested to find out where the author will be taking this story. <<less

I agree with kawaii12345, I was wondering if her situation ever improves or reaches whatever this character reference sheet even talks about. But halfway in ch 37, I'm feeling too tired of MC's dead mood and stockholm syndrome and decided to check the comments. Idk who recommended this to the translator. If overpowered FL can read MC's mind, why did she not figure out MC's reincarnated lifestory yet by now? Like get me some realization and fluff by now.

Edit: Would be better if the format was a manga or more visuals mixed into it. The format wouldn't help the story pacing any better, but it would be a better NSFW story (aka faster to skim and get to the juicy parts). It's less gratifying to read with the current format. Probably due to censorship as a CN, I did read those bite scenes, but didn't last long enough for me to feel about it. Those scenes didn't grab my attention enough to want more. There are illustrations to it, but since it's not mixed in with online chapters, the story fell flat. : <<less

How should I describe it? As of now, it's kind of like s&m l**bian softcore p*rn with loli elves and loli vampires. But without explicit r18 content.

Now I will describe the plot

We have Mirabelle, a vampire princess who used to be a male game developer from Earth. Then we have Heather, a vampire noble who used to be Heather's yandere imouto in her previous life. Though whether she kept her memories or not is under question.

Vampires ens*ave all other races. They are powerful, numerous and evil. Mirabelle ends up being ens*aved and then promptly bought by Heather.

Then we have several chapters of ab*se.

So far, that's the whole story.

Oh, have I told you that the reason Mirabelle ended up ens*aved in the first place was because she needed medical supplies for her surrogate mother on the verge of death? She's probably dead by now...

Overall, it's not an inherently bad story. I'd give it an objective rating of 4*. Not excellent, but can be enjoyed. Not for most though, the novel is a bit of an acquired taste.

First, personally I don't think this really is a 5 star history, but since the general rating seems too low I'm giving 5 star for now.

Many, better, everyone is complaining about the history be to sadistic about protagonist survive as a s*ave, while that aren't really wrong I think we need to thing before off that how this novel have 2k of chapters, this mean the history progression is naturally slow, this history isn't about the sadistic sister s*ave the protagonist, at least the vol.2 the protagonist it's already free... more>> and looks like will seek for revenge.

You will feel hate for something like 80 chapters before the history really begins, instead drop in the s*ave arc you can try skip useless chapters like "bath" and etc, reading only the essential parts to know about the characters, after that the history really begins <<less

not that bad of a story (would need to have nerves of steel to re-read though)

the backstory isn't too generic and not many plot holes (I guess?), Idea for the plot is great, characters.... ahhh not too bad, character-building -99999 (seriously what the hell it's like 1 step forwards 2 steps back with these characters) all I want is shojo ai with yandere vampire and naive protag but what I get is... pretty much the same thing just less romance and more....... more>>

I love this novel to death, it's just that nothing gets done and when the readers get even the slightest whiff of romance in the air, it is snatched away from us like it never existed in the first play. damn it just kiss already (with consent!) <<less

Not for the faint of heart readers since the story is (1200+ in raw) and the beginning of the story is pretty dark and I say it kind of goes around my alley and also things like this is just my favorite while I do like all kind of plots and anything, and I already have kind of read a few things such as like this MTL version is barely readable so I didn't venture into the unknown here but let's just assume that protagonist will escape maybe around 200-400+... more>> but since the theme of the story from the start is very dark and in the early chapters the protagonist is kind of accepting his/her fate as sl*ve of the vampires, let's assume that it won't likely come to those casual readers or didn't have taste like mine that the protagonist will have to be entangled in some kind of mess that is very dark or even darker as the story progresses so without further ado as early as of now unless you're either a casual reader or an avid fan of web novel but "DIDN'T" have kind of taste in a story like this I suggest you stop reading this novel, also my review is 3 stars because I missed click it and ratings should be 4 stars

P.S.

I am telling you this early since with varied knowledge of novels and wuxia novels this kind of story will just make you lose interest in reading novels, so as to avoid having that situation escalates thus the warning, don't get me wrong I would like for others to support this but having read the chapters I concluded that is not for the faint of hearts and such please support the author or the translators of the ones you are currently reading, I've been a supporter since been to Japan to read novels (Light novels) and also I read English novels (not anime related novels) <<less

Definitely an acquired taste. I didn't read the reviews here and had a really hard time reading through it. Each chapter I just keep feeling more pitiful hoping things would go the way the MC wanted, but it didn't. I don't know why I kept reading.

So here’s the thing. What most of the bad reviews are fueled by is frustration. But this is actually a pretty decent novel about yandere. The first volume is done to set up how terrifying the sister is. You’ll go through it with blood boiling wondering if the only tag is tragedy. But it’s done well.

The main character has a really bad start. Imagine your typical isekai with potentially an op power. But what if something went wrong before you were born? The world was messed up by another reincarnator?... more>> So by the time you are born, you have to start in conditions that prevent the normal journey protags go through? So our MC is nearly powerless with an undeveloped “system” and that gets them caught pretty easily.

Now I don’t care for yandere stuff because it’s usually just slight obsession. Or maybe it’s like Yuno Gasai where you only see it near the end or during fights. But here you see the absolute obsession the MCs sister has towards them. And it’s potentially crippling. You feel the black hole of despair that awaits the MC if they can’t escape their situation. And because it’s so terrifying, many of the comments you’ll see are people wondering when things get better. I even skipped a few chapters just because of how frustrated I was.

But there’s a light at the end of the tunnel.

Our MC manages to escape with a pretty genius plan. People got frustrated thinking there was going to be constant teasing of escape. But the MC was in a position where their mind could be read whenever and they could instantly lose the last piece of freedom they have. Whenever their sister wanted. It ends up costing the MC a lot, but that plus the torture they went through makes the escape worth it.

So when we finally start seeing some wholesome yuri stuff, the reader, just like the MC, is genuinely terrified of the sister destroying it. The sister is willing to conquer the world so the MC has no where to escape, while the MC is finally starting to make connections with people. It’s a perfect set up imo. Imagine seeing a wholesome yuri story with all the characters and background you love. But knowing that there’s a monster in the background aiming to rip that all away, with full capability to do so. The MC was traumatized by the events of volume 1. So were we as the reader.

As an aside, that elf girl saved by the MC and afterwards captured by the sister once the MC escapes. The MC has a strong connection to her. But how will the torture of the sister/vampires warp her? Will the MC be forced to kill someone they saved but thought was killed? This sort of dilemma only enhances the story for me. The yandere isn’t a joke. It’s not something to want. The MC faces a fate worse than death if she catches him and now he has people he cares about who will try to save him and likely die, like others before.

and it’s not like his ability sucks. The MC is really smart and knows nearly all possible magic as the creator. They just haven’t been able to level up or progress due to the horrible start he had. <<less

Extremely bad novel, not because the premise is wrong, or the plot uninteresting, is because the characters are retarted, all of them. The MC being the creator of this game world says and I quote "I don't know how to level up" after 15 years of living in his own game. He/she still feels ashamed of her own body after 15 years of living inside her current body, she has a "cheat" that is simply useless because the author can make someone with 10 of STR stat injure someone with... more>> 1000 STR stat if the plots decides it. The next thing is what made me drop the novel in this chapter 81, read at your own risk.

The "yandere" is the vampire queen who is the strongest and I repeat the strongest existance among all of the characters that have apeared, and not by a small margin, she can literally flaten mountains or destroy cities with one strike. But, because of PLOT a small elf s*ave that the MC tried to save with her cheat which is to alter her stats, manages to strike her heart in combat and survive 5 attacks from the Vampire Queen and then escape with MC. I have enought, what is the reason for making stats if you are not going to follow them? <<less

This is more of a niche novel; if you enjoy vampires, elves, yuri, f*mdom, fantasy sword and magic then you'll like this novel. The story starts pretty dark but lightens up as it goes on.

The story follows the brother who reincarnates as the Elven princess Mirabelle who becomes the bloods*ave of the Vampire princess Heather who happens to be the reincarnation of his sister who was yandere for him. Mira understandably hates and fears vampires for enslaving her kind and killing her family but is confused by the obvious stockholm attraction she has to Heather. Mira is obsessed with escaping the vampires due to her fear of them but is slowly starting to accept her place as a blood s*ave as she loses hope.

MC is s*upid! Can edit his skills for 5min duration. But yet didn't use it when needed to escape from s*avers. Then gets caught, sold to pe*verted vampire as a blood s*ave, has other times to try to escape does nothing with edit power. Lame!!

It's like a guilty pleasure. You know it's garbage yet you keep reading it wanting to see how it goes.

To sums up MC got killed by an in*est sister transferred and get transferred to another world.

A bit of warning there is some kind of weird kink sh*t and bad writing kind of persists throughout the story.

... more>> The kicker will start once volume 1 is about to end.

So yes. You'll have to go through sh*t for 90 chapters and if you can't go through that then I do suggest dropping it instantly. I sincerely think it may get better eventually. MC is a bit on the timid side so you won't find the kind of OP MC maybe until much later? I'm not sure. <<less

Honestly this novel is a complete mess, but first I do want to say that the translation was excellent, from the translator notes it seems the the Raw's are even more of a mess yet the the novel is perfectly readable.

The novel makes absolutely no sense, you will been shown the main antagonist a monster whose level we don't know but we do know explicitly that her speed is at least at the cap 9999 or perhaps even higher. How is she beaten? a s*ave, likely level 0 who has... more>> trained for maybe a month at most stabs her in the heart... Histy (the antagonist) should have been able to speed blitz her and turn her into a fine red mist. There are so many just poorly thought out things like this, everything from small to major has plot holes. <<less

Too dark for my tastes. I already hate s*avery but hate it more when it happens with the MC. No way the story can become decent/happy enough for me to consume. Either that or the author might expect us to forget all the wrong doings.

Ok. First I rate this low because this is not my favorite type of novel (i will still read for the yuri and the genben though). If you want a novel that have a (pure heart ?) loli girl (man previously) being hunt by other girl (not sure ?), here is your find.
