“Transmigration + Extreme Spoiling”

Ye Qiqi transmigrated into a book and became the beloved daughter of a tyrant. When she first met him, she was only five years old, kneeling in the center of the grand hall.

The handsome man in a dragon robe, known as the Great Tyrant, glanced at her with an extremely indifferent expression and said, “Where did this ugly thing come from? Drag her away and behead her.”

The Beiming Emperor, Ye Jiyao, known as the Great Tyrant, had a cruel personality and ruthless methods. When he gets angry, he would even behead his own daughter.

Ye Qiqi didn’t want to die as soon as she transmigrated, so she made up her mind to cling to her tyrant father’s thigh.

“Father Emperor~ Hug me.”

Looking at the soft lump clinging to his thigh, the Great Tyrant squinted his eyes and thought that it might not be a bad idea to keep this little thing in the palace.

As time went by, she became the most favored Seventh Princess of Beiming.

Later, when the Seventh Princess grew up, the Great Tyrant thought of finding her a good husband.

But he never expected that the daughter he had raised for seventeen years would catch the eye of the ambitious Crown Prince of an enemy nation.
——
The Crown Prince of the Ximing, Yan Cheng, had his country destroyed by the Great Tyrant when he was young. He had been plotting for decades in disguise, vowing to take the head of the Great Tyrant, Ye Jiyao. But he never calculated that he would genuinely fall for his enemy’s daughter.

Later on, Yan Cheng, who was dressed in a dragon robe, cornered the blossoming young girl against the wall, and he smiled wickedly, “Qiqi, why are you trying to escape? Didn’t you say you liked Brother Yan the most?”

(A soft and sweet, yet scheming little loli vs. a yandere and dark-hearted young man)

I think, the synopsis was kinda wrong regarding the FL. She's not a soft yet scheming FL but rather a crybaby. She was pampered since she's a child so she's easily aggrieved and afraid. I honestly thought that when she grew up, she'll have a backbone at least. But no, there's no character development for her. That's one of the reasons why I dropped this.

Second reason is the romance. In fact, I think the author likes such sadomasochism romance (but unfortunately, I don't). After all, be it the main cp... more>> or the other cps, they tend to have such a roller coaster relationship where the two couple hurt and love each other. It's kinda tiring tbh.

Third, I waited for a long time until the ML tell his real identity but it took a very long time and until now, it's unclear. In short, there's way too much filler in the story. Every day lives are fine but if it's just repeated, I don't think it's worth it. There's too much unimportant things that it's kinda boring.

Lastly, I really hate how the FL doesn't have a backbone at all, especially for the ML. Like, how many time has he hurt you with his temperamental attitude, girl? Sometimes the ML remembers how his country was destroyed and he'll take his anger to the FL (especially when they're kids) and push her away coldly, then the FL will sulk and the ML will "coax" here (which is nothing more than words or a little sweet) and then she's run to the ML's arm without any grudge. It's really uninteresting. <<less
