So this seems fairly typical. Ultra-dense MC with secret identity, crazy strong master, etc, in school. The most unique character trait so far seems to be that somehow he ended up pretty good at praising girls, though he clearly has no idea what he's actually doing.

Even the translation quality is kind of typical for for a Japanese novel translated by a smaller site - basically passable. It's easy enough to follow the main ideas, but there's a lot of things that come out as nonsense. More than a few lines... more>> in each chapter will just make no sense, and you kind of just have to give up and move on and use the surroundings that do make sense to get the feel of what's going on overall. I wouldn't call it notably bad for a Japanese translation in my (limited but recently growing) experience, but that's not exactly a high bar.

In terms of setting, it seems like an oddly detailed magic system for this sort of novel. Normally I'd be in favor of that, but it's just done so poorly. It's a fairly basic "magic as programming" thing and I don't know if that section is just unusually poorly translated but I think the original is probably just poorly thought out in the first place. But the story likes to try going into a bit of deeper detail about it, but it's mostly seems like extended technobabble.

So it seems... okay? If you're used to reading this level of translation and are well-versed enough in the common tropes it might be an easier read than I'm finding it. But assuming you aren't turned off by that, I think the enjoyment will mostly rest on if you want more of the whole carefree, ultra-dense, OP protagonist in school setting thing. <<less

Reminds me of “the irregular of the magic high school” but the MC is dense but is good a flirting w woman cause his master basically trained him to always flirt w woman even tho he doesn’t know what he’s doing. Plot is good and the MC is balanced to a certain point
