The FL is an otherwise intelligent and clever protagonist but despite a decade of training in evidence based medicine but once transmigrated she immediately starts practicing traditional Chinese medicine, performing non effective treatments and diagnosing non existing conditions. It’s head banging.

As for the male lead, he’s a rapist and the novel is steadily ignoring that to reconsile him with the FL lead. Their first night together he violently r*ped the FL rather than have s*x with her, he preferred r*pe to s*x. But the novel is just going to give him a pass on that, because he has other good qualities.
