I'm giving this novel a 5 stars rating as of now. The beginning is exciting and quite captivating, and the plot is not the typical cliche either. It's hard to tell whether or not this story will retain its quality in the latter chapters, but for now, It definitely has the makings of a gem.

This is not a bad story but it's a wasted potential. Protagonist Allen notices that his brother is possessed, tries to solve the issue fails and regresses. Normally that would be a huge potential for storytelling. As a noble you have a duty for your people. As a human you know there is a big conflict in future. When it's uncertain if you can save your brother would you go for a journey of revenge and kill the potential saviour of humanity?

While it dips it's toes into that; sadly this... more>> is not that fresh and interesting story (so far). It's Allen trying to steal fortuitous encounters from possessor and getting powerful. Which is your standard korean regressor fare.

Had a lot of potential, but it seems to be getting completely wasted. This story seems to promise to take an realistic approach to the typical reincarnated as the tr*shy mob character. More than that it even gives us the POV of his weak brother, a character who has been a part of the world from get go and is the only one who seems to identify that his brother has been possessed. Doesn't this sound amazing, just imagine the emotional conflicts, hardships, maybe they'll cooperate or continue to clash ? But no this isn't about any of that, the MC (brother) is just the typical protagonist. But that fine to be honest, I like my mc's uptight. No my problem is with the characterisation of the possessor, Julius. Why does he have to be a calculating bastard ? He could have a victim as well, just trying his best to survive.

I don't know if this will devolve into your usual korean protagonist. But so far, the author is quite good in depicting the madness in the protagonist's mind. As of chapter 13, as with other returner protagonist, he is already gathering his pieces that he used in the future.

For me, it's a good execution of the beginning and weak in the current arc, that it feels like your usual korean protagonist fare. That's why it is a tentative 4 for me.

A good story that take a different view of the transported to a story trope, with the family smart enough to notice something different about the replaced person but due to politics, and other reasons, they pretend to not know, Which is a nice change of pace from the usual oh my god my son/daughter is a genius now! It's average at best and boring at worst (like seriously not every thing need to be narrated several times over, it's getting confusing at times). Typical Korean reincarnation stories. Maybe will change if I reread this in the future. For now, it's 3 stars.
