Follow Song Yang, the last Traditional Coroner of China, as he navigates through this underworld of violence and debauchery, and uses seemingly common everyday objects like an umbrella, squid ink, and magnets to hunt down serial killers, s*xual predators, real-life vampires, necrophiles, and others who prey upon the innocents and hide behind the fog of supernatural mystery.
There is no mystery too enigmatic for Song Yang to solve, and there is no depth too deep for him to venture into to uncover the truth!

Well, what to say about this series. I really like the idea as it reminds me abit about Traffords Trading Club (the supernatural aspect). But as some have already said, I think it has good ideas and nice stories, but the execution could be better. The fact that im giving it -2 stars is mostly because of BS "science" that all this type of books are trying to sell (Ying and yang handprints, like wtf?, traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture, elixirs etc). I know some people say that's its a work of fiction, but unfortunately you can find this type of crap in real life too much. Well this is mostly just because of my own bias against this type of things. But all things considered, its OK series to read and waste extra time.
