Xie Chengfeng got into an accident and became a bird. He was saved by Shen Jiajia, a clever girl whose father work in the government official. And so they both helped Shen Jiajia's father solve cases after mu*der cases while finding a way to help Xie Chengfeng return to his body.
I'm the translator so (obviously) I'm going to be biased.
I think this is a fun read about solving mu*der mysteries cases in ancient China settings. We have a cute and smart FL with her bird (ML) sidekick. Their banter and interactions are just funny and cute.Although it has 40 something chapters, each of them are rather short and so it can feel fast paced at times. Don't expect something like Sherlock Holmes, Hercule Poirot, or Detective Conan, as this is much shorter and light hearted with comedic undertone, but I hope you give it a try!
