The protagonist, Souta Toriyasu (32), who was just an ordinary company employee, one day was hit by a bus that ran onto a crosswalk and died.

When he came to his senses, he found himself in a completely white space. And then…

“It turns out we’re running out of final bosses right now… This is perfect timing!”
“We’ll give you the privilege of choosing five super special skills and then an additional five skills of your choice.”
“You’re free to use the exclusive space for final bosses however you like. Well then, please do your best to live a long life!”

With these words and a catalog, he was reincarnated into the depths of the dungeon’s lowest level.

Speaking of final bosses, they are generally beings who are eventually defeated by heroes.
But, however…

“I absolutely don’t want to dieeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!”

So, Souta decided to start “something” in the depths of the dungeon’s lowest level…

Using cheat skills to obtain ingredients from monsters, growing vegetables and fruits in the farming area he created in the deepest part of the dungeon, Souta enjoyed himself as he pleased. Furthermore, he decided to open a restaurant, something he had always wanted to do…?

Disappointing.

The premise is interesting, that's why I even began reading it, but... yeah, disappointing delivery. I can tell this is a story written on the go and the author didn't put too much thought into it. Feels like the author just climbed on the cooking isekai bandwagon and doesn't even know what they are doing.

Putting on the side the lack of world building or the underdeveloped characters, what frustrates me more is that the author made MC into someone ignorant and naïve. I don't like it. Why? Because for someone... more>> who has become a working member of society, especially an office worker, nowadays one needs a certain level of intellect, awareness and critical thinking.

For someone like that to throw away all experiences they have gained from a working environment upon reincarnation/transmigration is a deplorable act in my eyes. This shows that the author has no experience or better said, has not developed the ability to think critically, and lacks awareness of their surroundings because they can't even properly develop their own world. This further leads me to think that the author might be a child or has failed to integrate with society and self inserted themselves in this story as some sort of escapism. One can see that the author loves to cook and has unestablished principles, which change like the wind in this story.

Do I take it out on the author? Yes, because I hate the frustration I had to go through from reading this in the hope it will get better. Need an outlet for that, no?

Anyway, it would've been much better if the MC was not a transmigrated person but someone born in that world. And no, I do not mean reincarnation or being reborn. I mean someone with no memories of other worlds or previous lives. This way, the story could revolve around a young MC that experiences the world first hand and gives the author freedom to explore how to transform their MC. Heck, if they really wanted to add the knowledge from other worlds, he could implement something similar to 'Dungeon Builder: The Demon King's Labyrinth is a Modern City!'.

In there the author uses the knowledge as form of memory of the stars. Which in itself is an interesting concept because it only offers the knowledge about how something works and is made and nothing more. The author could implement this concept as some sort of knowledge tree MC could unlock inside the dungeon or something, but seeing how his dungeon doesn't even have a dungeon core, some changes must be made or come with something more interesting.

With this knowledge, MC could gain plenty of recipes, blueprints and so on to manufacture items that could help on its developments. But, well... seems that the author doesn't even read other works.

Anyway, I am dropping this. <<less

Chapters are really short.

Story premise was interesting but poor execution, skills are barely explained, most of the time its just cooking, weird plot where most of the world food are poisoned so MC cooking is like heaven on earth, but nobles side still unknown, MC focuses on rebuilding the dungeon so as of c78 still no restaurant.

MC don't know how to fight so he rely on OP skills which one shots monsters.

Not really good or bad at this point but definitely getting boring IMO
