A man is unexpectedly reincarnated into the game world of an action RPG he was heavily invested in.

He finds himself in the role of a villainous s*ave trader mob, destined to be defeated as part of the storyline. However, he manages to rescue the captured girls and make a run for it.

Utilizing the items he had previously accumulated when playing the game, he safely delivers the girls to the city. And then…he is mistakenly believed to be a member of Vertal, the secret organization directly under the Imperial Capital and the highest-ranked treasure hunter!

He’s just a regular mob, not particularly strong, but his knowledge of the game has led to such misconceptions.

You might be surprise but 58 chapters in and I feel like it still too early to judge, alas that's the latest chapter of the novel in RAW. However, the reason I gave this a 5* (other than im an easy person to please *cough* *cough*) is because I see potential in this series!

Okay so, dude transmigrated as a mob, the mob itself isn't anything to write home about. BUT, he is a member of a infamous criminal organization. When he transmigrated, he was immediately in a situation where the... more>> organization was kidnapping 3 children from 3 very powerful faction. So, short story, he saved them and run to a secret base where all his items he store from when he was playing the game is and help them escape. Not only did he saved the girls, but he cured their diseases by giving them pretty much a LEGENDARY rarity potion. And so, the seed of misunderstanding begin.

MC saved the kids, MC also used his armor from the game to disguise himself. From his point of a view as someone who basically have legendary items as a standard, the gears he's using are good but nothing to write home about. But, from the point of view of the people around him that armor and weapon he is using is a amazing terrifying item and gave the MC this passive intimidation atmosphere.

Now, currently the story focus on the three faction trying to give MC the reward for saving their precious children, with lots of misunderstanding. Most of the time they think too much on what the MC said and misunderstood his words, making them afraid/respect/in awe of the MC. If you read something like "Im not the evil god Lackey" then you should feel right at home.

The MC himself is a normal, introvert, and shy person. He's easily scared and doesn't have alot of backbone. So his words are always short because he wants the conversation to be over quickly and he's nervous, but of course when youre using such terrifying items the people around him misunderstood him. I guess he's a bit of coward, but then again he is but a fish in the sea (least to his understanding).

Now, the reason I say its too early to judge and why I gave this a 5* is because I see potential here. Currently there's no big plot here, everything feels like a prologue (which is kinda is since the first chapter foreshadow 4 character he will have relationship with but we haven't see the last one yet). But, we too haven't really explore anything about the world yet, MC knowledge of the "game" also haven't come up again other than in the beginning. We also haven't seen any other of MC items.

I feel like maybe the author is preparing all these and want to establish the relationship first, later on explore more about the world. If that is the case then this might be a gem. Of course, maybe im giving the author too much credit and this is literally just all there is to it. Only time can tell, other than that, this is an okay read, especially if you like misunderstanding series. And I sure hope this reach its the potential I see. <<less
