I’m going to play FPS games to overcome my war PTSD. It may seem like self-harm, but it’s actually a form of therapy.

I'm not some one with in-depth historical knowledge or weaponry, but i'. enjoying this story so far. The pacing is nice.

I can feel my hand shaking a bit while reading some parts. However, there's a small weird spot here and there...

I can easily gloss over details such as soldier playing with rpg and die because of backlash and some other detail... I don't have enough knowledge to prove that it can't or didn't happen anyway.

After chapter 10, it pretty much like others broadcast novel. Some tactic was drop here... more>> and there, but the author seems to be hastily collected information for the novel, so don't expect too much in depth knowledge.

Although I was surprised by how mentally weak the MC is, I want to read more to know how did the MC got through the war. The author seems to juggling bettwen PTSD of the MC and slice of life. Which ended up pretty badly.

I can't comment much about a lot of thing. But as an easy going person I give this story 5 star. <<less

I have no idea about the military stuff, but I do know that exposure therapy is not the only way to treat PTSD. That said, the original trauma was being unable to escape the game and not knowing what's reality, so playing a farming game would've been perfect. It's just a twist of fate that made Vicky end up in a war game that doubled up on her PTSD.

I really like the russian thats sprinkled in. It makes the novel feel a lot more immersive and true to the character.... more>> A lot of novels just say "oh, this character is foreign" and does nothing with it, but this novel makes me feel like Vicky did indeed go through four years of the Eastern Front in a way just description could never hope to match.

The setting is also quite interesting, too. Trapped in a game and being almost blessed with protection due to being the "protagonist" yet constantly on the edge of it because it's war. And the protection does not extend to her comrades, so she got hurt and lost everyone. It helps her connect with her teammates and grow closer with other characters, as well as create motivations that further the story. She's constantly panicking as a defense mechanism, and something she's trying to treat as well.

I think it's a solid five because its entertaining, well translated, and honestly really well done with evoking emotions. <<less

I don't have lot experience regarding military stuff and the correct diagnosis of PTSD and other, I felt that the story could be very wrong in this stuff (you know because ascendance of a bookworm also used this term a lot in one of their arc but changed due to protest ? / Advice by their reader that are professionals regarding this topic. So it changed to shock or trauma and others).

The story isn't that special but it have great concept borrowing streaming + gender bend template but it's super... more>> nice read and made me excited over next chapter. Also I felt this novel is inspired by TS medical one and inspired youjo senki. <<less

War is hell. The realistic idea that you are constantly trained to be both anxious and calm is so utterly realistic it was a rather difficult read. True to other reviews the way this Novel handles PTSD in the idea of exposure therapy is slightly concerning but nothing yet has been to eye popping. Overall a very very good read and extremely similar to "Is It My Fault Again?" 5/5
