This is nauseating.

The dad’s family gets him drunk and proceeds to beat the crap out of his wife and his daughter to the point that she dies and a new person transmigrates into her body. They kick the whole family out in winter with nothing to their names. But the whole family still bows and scrapes to them with the dad feeling guilty to even dare to think bad about his terrible mu*derous mother. Wtf 😡

They get kicked out and they proceed to put up their shack right outside their... more>> yard??! They get good food yet they still bring half of it back to his mother despite them being separated??! 🚮 <<less

I like that it is warming relationship of family.

Though the tr*sh is too annoying and life threatening thing is too many for a normal farming story.

And the promise made by MC's dad is hopeless, MC also too slow to handle the tr*sh.

Spoiler

Some things is not much mentioned like the so-called "educated youth", it is only suddenly appear when the chapters before never been mentioned.

Suddenly dabbled in bicycle and car, it is quite make me what? Why not selling food is one of my wonder.

The price for selling also too cheap, if normal watch about 70 why you sell it 15, isn't it usually about half or at least 20-25 also quite cheap.

The luck thing of transmigrated MC is too high, she found ginseng and then found space ring and the space can be used to recuperate the sick.

Am sorry I doubted the other reviews this story has one of the most good-for-nothing parents I've ever read, it is so bad that If it was me in this story after only chapter 5 I'd disown those useless parents after all with a mom who only knows how to cry and feel pitiful, and a dad who just stands there as his wife and children get brutally abused forced to do most work but eat less than pigs while all he does is apologize and feel bad for Himself.

I can't stand this any longer, I've read over 100 stories of rebirth/ time travel. The MCs father is the most annoying character I've ever seen, what makes him so annoying is that he is not really a villain. The whole family still accommodates him and waits for him to change. It's just too much for me. On top of that his whole family is tr*sh yet they still are taught to be lenient because the MCs father's siblings are "young" at like 20, versus his actual literal children??!! The... more>> elders are elders after all?! Then there's the fact that MC is ridiculously lucky. Makes no sense that everyone is having a hard time yet she can find piles of food somewhere so obvious. Then

find a ginseng and even more food on the forest. Then there's the pretentious thing with the whole family being very poor but pretending to be high class by refusing to get paid what it's worth from a family of rich people like wtf? I have a feeling the "sick child" is the ML because no MCs ever just do good deeds and not get heavily rewarded but I can't be bothered to read more to find out

Just overall the most constipating and frustrating story I have ever read. Truly can't believe the high rating on this one. <<less

Reborn as a Farmer with Fields starts with the MC thrown in the middle of a family that's being treated unfairly during an inheritance split.

Right off the bat, what makes this good are the characters. The characters are exactly what they should be - children act like children, parents act like parents that are struggling to do the best for their children, and even the evil relatives act their part just as well.

The interactions are very believable and the story is one that you would hear if you had an... more>> Asian grandpa or grandma recount a story from their childhood.

So far, there has been no point where I am met with unrealistic progression for the sake of spicing things up. Just the way characters interact is enough to keep it fresh and hard hitting.

I'd also like to commend the author and the translators. I usually don't read works with FMC and most of the ones I've picked up I've dropped within in the first few chapters. This is one of the few works I can palate without a single complaint. In fact, I am looking forward to reading more of it.

I haven't gotten far into the work yet, but so far, it has been an amazing read. I'll rate it 4 stars for now (as of ch 5) and I look forward to rating it higher when I catch up to the latest release.

Update after catching up to ch 40:

The story is just as good, if not better. The characters grow on you more as you read on. I highly recommend it. Especially if you're looking for a work with lovable characters with no annoying tropes or cliches.

I'm increasing the score to 4.5 stars. Personally, I'd want to be biased and rate it a 5 but I'll have to deduct half a star as the later chapters have some typos with pronouns and names. A simple proofreading could solve it and I'll change my rating if it does happen. <<less
