I thought this was going to be good, but it's not. The chapters translated so far make you think this is well written but as long as you read a little more you realize that it's not the case. The world building is horerndous, the main special part of this novel is the "digital virus", but it's explained and written so poorly, and not to create a sense of mystery, but because the author himself is confused on what kind of power system he has created.
