Thirty years have passed since the exchange between Earth and a different world began… Tsujizono Itsuya , leading a life of poverty, is suddenly abducted as soon as he returns home from his part-time job, leaving him in a state of disarray about the events that transpired. To his bewilderment, the kidnapper discloses the truth.

— It was revealed that Itsuya’s parents sold their own son to repay the debts they had accumulated.

In a state of despair, Itsuya finds himself being purchased at a clandestine auction, and the buyer happens to be none other than the daughter of a duke from the other world.

The young lady, now his mistress, assures Itsuya that she will provide him with the essentials of life in exchange for fulfilling a particular task.

That task is simple.

Itsuya must allow the inexperienced vampire maid, Hizuki Sakura, to feed on his blood. Additionally, he must allow the cheerful and carefree succubus maid, Sakiba Lilith, to extract his life force.

In other words, he becomes their sustenance.

In addition to this unimaginable treatment, what is even more astounding is the fact that both maids, Sakura and Lilith, are none other than Itsuya’s renowned classmates, considered the two most beautiful girls in his high school!

Thus begins the intricate tale of a symbiotic existence, where Itsuya becomes the nourishment that sustains the lives of these three individuals!

Ughh... I really wanted to like this. I pushed through stuff but I hit my limit at chapter 10. It's not awful it's just the initial premise is deeply flawed.

    Spoiler

The MC is sold into s*avery, the first few chapters don't make a whole lot of sense due to finding out information out of order. However, chapter 10 seals the deal that the author can't keep track of what they wrote. Here are the facts as listed in the plot.

    1. Earth is connected to Otherworld with magics.
    2. Magics from the otherworld could be used on earth but are sealed up because it's treated like guns.
    3. s*avery seems legal in Otherworld presumably there is some laws allowing otherworld s*aves to be on Earth.
    4. It is HIGHLY ILLEGAL to sell Earth humans into Otherworld s*avery.
    5. The main character has zero issues about being sold into s*avery and is overly grateful to the person who bought him. Even after being advised he is to be literal food to sustain others one of whom's eating process is extremely painful likened to TORTURE. Also his meal plans are designed to make him better food. Yet he continues to express MORE gratitude in his internal rather than becoming disillusioned, also it is not explained that he has some kind of servility kink or something that might explain it.
    6. HIS ENTIRE EARTH BASED CLASS KNOWS HE WAS ILLEGALY SOLD INTO s*aveRY AND NO ONE HAS DONE ANYTHING TO HELP WHEN HE WAS SOLD NOR DID ANYONE IMMEDIATELY GO FOR HELP ON HIS ARRIVAL IN SCHOOL.

Its your typical dense MC which got surrounded by the two most beautiful flower in the school. Will the romance drag on, the answer is no. Why?Because both the girls confess their love to MC in their own way.

Sakura will mark MC by biting and drinking his blood from the neck.

I found it profoundly sad that he seemed to take solace in being a s*ave to a good person.

I wish for an arc where he understands to hope more, but the way it was written, it seemed to

want me to take it as just route character description, it wasn't meant to mean anything.

I found that worse. I thought the author was very ignorant of the spirit of man there. I hope the author finds a bit of that spirit of hope and lends it to the work.

This is a story typical of japanese storytelling, one where the MC is essentially impotent and at the same time stronger than whatever is challenging him, except of course for everything that actually would improve his standing or clear up misunderstandings about his personality. The concept is interesting and I'll likely come back to read more in the future, but I wouldnt really recommend it to anyone looking for something with any real substance.
