Like most isekais the premisse is very flimsy. You can just skip the first chapter.

The protagonist having to figure out how to defeat enemies with the skills available is fun. He frequently save the level up points to pick useful skills for difficult battles but that also mean he doesn't try to minmax his skills like the spider isekai did.

Although he is a creature the humans in this world would eliminate on the first opportunity he is the kind of protagonist who doesn't want to harm humans, he tries to save a hunter in a dangerous situation and by chapter 21 he is already actively trying to save people from future disasters. So far this atitude hasn't result in any direct confrontation because he manage to successfully avoid the hunters (good thing because this is the kind of story the hunters are very overpowered) but it's possible that in the future this could result in the unappreciated hero trope (Hero with Bad Publicity) that got some people frustrated with the dragon egg isekai.

It may be a bit too earlier to tell but I think this is going to develop into a good story. <<less
