I just thought what the author faced to make a such story. Still if by any chance you meet someone that suffer the same way, don't make such diagnose PTSD to someone without clinical assessment.
I and anyone should listen and help when someone need it, no but. Just observe more. It was such a obvious signs, that someone could hate their femininity, while in many cases man could suffer as victim too and lead to confusing state. But when you feel the same way as Rika, don't hole up for so long. Rika went out live with her scar and meet someone to share her burden, you should too.
