The only reason the MC likes the s*x is that the ML's pheromones are so overwhelming that they become an addiction for the MC.

The MC responds his ex's blackmail threat by setting himself up to be physically attacked and marked - without telling the ML- always a s*upid move. Then the ML, when the MC comes home from the hospital, PERMANENTLY marks him WITHOUT asking, LOCKS him in the house, and ATTACKS the s*um ex - who was already arrested for the previous incident and had signed the divorce.

And of course that MC wanted to end things with his husband before carrying on with the ML.

I think the first part where the omega goes into heat in public was a culmination of the ab*se and the MC stalking the ML.

He stalked the ML bcuz of pheromones, he marked him in public, and then when they finally got together did some absolute crazy shit. The ML def has dependent personality disorder traits, and the MC was practically a sociopath.

Regarding scumbad: I actually felt quite bad for him at the start. He didn't want this marriage and persued a free love, thus didn't touch MC, BUT at the same time it's his fault that he accepted this marriage. When he committed to this marriage, he should either talk it out with MC to get a proper divorce and not have an affair or tried to accept MC as his partner. At the end he did not cherish MC and let go of him (even if he didn't want to by the end of the story)

Regarding ML: He was such a gentle person with morality, but became such a pe*vert (mostly in bed) later on hahha oof I feel bad for MC that he sometimes gets humiliated in bed... ! But well, as ML has said, MCs love is... so full, he's accepting of every mistake his lover makes, and loves them unconditionally. (Except of course like scumbad cheats first and admits to it) so it's understandable that MC would accept and tolerate and protect all of MLs aspects and well... wild sides? I'd say ML is lucky to have found MC tho at the same time I wonder if he would have ended up this way if he met someone else in another way? Welp, anyways I feel like, due to circumstances, they are quite made for each other, tho I hope ML shows more of his gentle side later haha

Was wishing for more baby content but at the same time... I feel like ML would only spoil MC and the child is more like an add on hahha

Like the scene where the ML permanently marks the MC, he literally drugged the MC with an aphrodisiac??? He made a permanent mark (as in ejaculate inside the womb) without any prior warning??? Literally all that's described is how painful it is for the MC, how much he's hurting like his bodies tearing apart; I'm sorry but that's literally just r*pe wtf??? Mind you, before this the ML randomly forced MC to give him a bl**job out of nowhere, and MC did get a bit mad, but of course right after it's glossed over and the ML acts too rough again

and you should be aware that the ML FORCED the MC into permanent marking, the MC told him earlier that he thought it is too early for permanent marking and marriage but the ML did it anyway. Also even though the MC enjoyed their s*x most of the time, there were a lot of dubcon moments, like when the ML f*cked the MCs throat so he could not speak for a while aterwards or when he tried to force himself into the MCs birth cavity (or whatever it is called) for the first time while the MC was in terrible pain and begged him to stop. And again - slapping the buttocks and chest/tits. Like the f*ck dude why do you want to hurt the one you love?

When Fang lost control of his pheromones and was surrounded by out-of-control Alphas, Min Zhi temporarily marked Fang to save him. Then when Fang went into heat and his husband refused to help him, Min Zhi took care of him. Fang could no longer take suppressants due to overusing them, at his husband's request, so the only way Min Zhi could help was thru s*x. During the process, Min Zhi took numerous suppressants to make sure his own pheromones wouldn't go out-of-control and cause him to hurt Fang or permanently mark him.

Some might disagree but initially I didn't think Fang's husband was the worst of the worst. Then when Fang started pulling away, that's when his husband officially stepped fully into s*um territory. He became possessive, forcing a mark on Fang, almost ruining his glands.

We meet our ML, who is the head of his company. We find out that he's take an interest in one of his subordinates. As an enigma, his first choice of partner is alpha, and this subordinate alpha is both good-looking and has a lovely camomile scent. His favorite!

Unfortunately, he is married, and his wife is our MC.

This alpha "husband" and his omega wife are destined mates with 100% compatibility. However, the alpha doesn't like his wife. He treats him coldly and is indifferent to their relationship. He cheats on him and is rarely ever home. As a result, MC has been using suppressants to navigate his estrus. This is both painful and unhealthy for him.

ML and MC meet accidentally and ML realizes that his favorite camomile scent actually belongs to MC, and not the alpha.

From here on out, you should never believe in this two-faced ML! He likes alphas, but he can't stay away from this camomile scented omega. He has strong and rigid morals, but he breaks them one by one to stay in this omega's vicinity. He knows he is married. Yet he offers to "help" MC during his estrus. He is gentle and kind to MC, but a beast in bed. Not accommodating at all!

Anyway, MC tried his best to maintain his marriage, but after the alpha refused to help him during his estrus, he turned to ML, resulting in adultery. Ok, he was out of his mind. From then on, MC decided divorce is the only answer. He knows what they did was wrong, and because he started having feelings for ML, he needed to end this marriage.

A lot of things happen, but the MC and ML stuck through them together. They eventually complete the permanent marking (made me glad I'm a beta.. Hehe), and MC ended up preggers. This right before ML went to "jail" for violence against an alpha. Yes, it was that alpha ex-husband who said what we were all secretly thinking about cheaters.

I think one of the more important issues happen in the last 3 chapters of extras. This is when MC finds out some very red flag things about ML (yeah, he's always been red flag, but this is beyond red for MC). ML's true self is exposed. This is regarding cheating. I'm so happy the author decided to include "the talk" about cheating.

All's well that ends well for merry couple!

The Shou is still a very steadfast lover that keeps things holding together (woof). Readers just need to be aware of the dynamic at play here where the Shou is very much always in a weak/cowering/vulnerable/damsel-in-distress/pitiful puppy position. I enjoyed their relationship quite a lot more once I changed perception.

The MC and his alpha have a 100% match rate, and the ML is an Enigma.

The ex-husband is a typical arrogant elite. An S class alpha with good looks, a successful career, and even a good family background. His pride is as high as the heavens, and so when he's forced to marry MC to produce a superior offspring, he is reluctant and his pride takes a huge blow. He wants a divorce, but his natural possessiveness won't allow it, and eventually he discovers he loves MC.

MC and ML's relationship starts off as a mistake at first, as all affairs do. They eventually separate without engaging in anything too intimate until MC is forced to a corner, and ML eventually gives in to temptation, and they share a night together.

The MC having cheated, and having gotten his husband's silent confirmation to having also cheated, felt that the marriage couldn't go on any longer, and became firm in his decision for divorce.

IMO, the ML at his core was similar to the ex husband, but he had more morals, and knew how to properly cherish someone he loved. He hated cheaters, but his love for MC drove him mad and the mutual affection cause him to give in. ML had pride, and he was also aggressive and sadistic, although often traits he suppressed and showed only in bed. He's possessive, and extremely jealous.

The depiction of their married life after the divorce was realistic, especially from a couple formed after an affair. ML was constantly scared. He loved MC and knew that MC wouldnever betray him, but the idea that MC left his 10 year long first love for him drove him mad, constantly thinking of what ifs. What if MC left him as resolutely for someone else? He also felt that he was getting old and so he used every means to cling to MC.

The Baby is so cuteee though, like, an Alpha that is clingy?? Oh, I can already imagine it. I hope we got a sequel about specifically just the baby.
