Bailuo, our main character, has just gained a cheat system, an NPC who can help Bailuo navigate easily through any life he is presented with, gaining favorability points with minimal effort. Bailuo can then exchange those favorability points for anything he wants.

In the first arc, Bailuo is a cannon fodder ends up with all the scumbags. All the characters act very ab*sively, like a stepmother. Readers who like sweet pampering should start reading from arc two.

The second arc is Bailuo’s comeback arc, with the same setting as the first arc but with Bailuo falling in love with the real male lead this time. He also goes around returning the abuses of some of those scumbags as well.

As for the third arc, well, the title will be self explanatory. Just wait and see…

I have to admit that I was looking for a easy reading without much plot, so I choose this one without expecting much from it. So I’m in a weird mood because this novel is really good, but it’s not what I was looking for.

At the beginning the three volume organization seems weird and I was a little annoyed having to pass all volume 1 scums to reach volume, but it really makes sense after going through all volume 2.

At that point I started to write my review because I was really tired of MC, and I found that the chracter development seemed lacking a lot and the relationship with ML progressed too fast. MC feels too disconnected from feelings and after finding ML it starts to be the kind of fool in love, too sticky. I’m happy that I didn’t reviewed this at that point because after volume 3 it all makes sense.

MC and ML did have a slow progress in love, MC really loves ML a lot before volume 1 starts so actually his interest in the scums and him falling in love with ML on volume 1 and 2 makes sense. His memory is sealed so he feels like a cold character, so when he finds ML his feelings are still there.

I really like the ending, but I’m disappointed with the extra. Is not bad, just not my taste. And there’s some things in the author writing style that I don like but as I MTL most of the story I can’t really talk about that. In all I’m pleased with the plot, even if all seems confusing and lacking in the firsts worlds, all is explained and is logic.

Half way through the book, and I'm loving it. It's a bit calm and detached, but that has its own charms (to me, at least).

As the author says, in many novels, there is betrayal -> regret -> tricks and schemes -> forgiveness -> getting back together. But that only patches up their previous relationship, not undoes the damages wrought to it. This author set out to make a person who will directly kick you out of his heart if you betray him, and it is very satisfying to read.

In the novel, after being betrayed and used, the other party suddenly wakes up and regrets, and finds out that they are really in love, and then stalks and begs for forgiveness in every possible way. All kinds of love and hate are intertwined, and there are all kinds of bitter tricks. After experiencing life and death once, the two of them get married...

Too much resentment, the damage has already been done, even if it is repaired, it cannot be eliminated. So I wanted to write something like, after I die, I don't love you anymore, love and hate are gone, no matter how you wake up and regret it, you just stick to your past feelings and toss around. But I didn't want Bai Luo to fall in love with those supporting roles, that's why Bai Luo's inaction in the early stage was too passive to interact with the supporting roles.

Originally, I wanted to write a story about abuse of scum after being emotionally hurt, but I really don't want Bai Luo to be emotionally hurt, which can only make him ignorant and dull in the early stage. Hahaha, dear mother, right?

I liked it a lot, I am not saying that it is one of my favorite books but it is a good read, at the beginning I did not understand much, but later in the 3 arc I understood everything, and I like the understanding of everything, the system hardly appears in the story, and he does not say anything to the MC, he does not give him clues or help, the MC has to find out everything, I also like the mc's attitude, some may not like it because... more>> he is very emotionally insensitive and is not interested in anything, maybe more when he is reborn and reaches the imitation arc, but it is understandable because of his history with the ml. So I highly recommend reading this novel to pass the time. <<less

It's a nice novel. MTL is quite difficult to understand but if you can understand it then it's better. First 3 worlds are confusing and incomprehensible but after you read every world you can understand what's going on with the plot. MC is gong, it's basically a nice QT novel if you actually understand it.
