My threshold for translation is really low since I'm used to MTLs, but for a translation group to take the project and still have low quality is surprising.

(I know I'm being *that ungrateful reader* and I appreciate all the translation groups out there putting big effort into making foreign novels more accessible to us, but this work just ain't it.)

The formatting is all wrong (broken paragraphs, uncapitalised letters, etc).

The grammar's unbearable, and some sentence structures are warped beyond recognition. I can't even vaguely make out what's going on... more>> for some scenes.

I'll give you a few examples from Chapter 2.

The maid kicked MC out of... the maid's seat? What...? Idk what this maid is tryna do here.

Lmao, I have no idea who's speaking, what they're tryna say, or what is going on here.
