fùhēi 腹黑 (lit., 'belly black'). Outwardly kind but is actually cruel and a bully. Almost analogous to haraguro, except Chinese works seem to emphasize more on the bullying aspect, especially if it's a guy in a romance (think schoolchildren bullying).
