The original list was closing in on a hundred title so I decided to cut it in three parts, one for each country.
Here are the comic adaptations of japanese novels that I read, I’m reading or will read in the near future.
Part I (Manhwa/Korean): https://www.novelupdates.com/viewlist/17612/
Part II (Manhua/Chinese): https://www.novelupdates.com/viewlist/18150/

I've read shoujo before I knew many other genres (namely, male protag/action/comedy books lol). Thanks for your effort in making the list :) these seem fun
But seriously, kusuriya hitorigoto's manga and novel are both well-thought out and very fun and interesting, so I recommend you go ahead with it :)
Kumo desu ga nani ka manga action and art is great, novel starts great but becomes boring -- I don't know for you, but at that time long ago I lost interest, but still a recommend cus its above-average subjectively.
Herscherik reincarnated prince series has a woman reincarnated as a boy-prince so you should try it, it has a womanly style (it's the vibes I get from it) and has good writing as far as I can remember.
Hikaru ga Chikyuu ni Itakoro is good, has a manga for some volumes -- it is a harem, but not the bad kind, I haven't got to the ending but it's absolutely not fanservice-ecchi plot and really it's not biased towards males as far as I remember; the girls are written as love interests only and I totally love their characterization and parts. It also has lots of character development, character interaction, and touching feels (ugh, right in the kokoro!) so try it.
I think I like the novel Kusuriya Hitorigoto better than the manga but I only read the first volume entirely so far.
I will totally check the other titles, tho! I did not even know the spider one has a manga adaptation. Thank you!
