POVID-19, known as the zombie virus, had spread throughout the entire country.

While wandering around a park to fill her starving stomach, Jiyeon found herself being chased by a zombie. At that moment, a man saved her from danger.

The inside of the camping bus he lived in was astonishingly spacious and luxurious. There was a bed, a kitchen and even a shower.

In times like these, it could practically be called a mansion.

Jiyeon’s eyes, full of longing, took in the perfect fortress. Some people were starving in public restrooms, while others were living comfortably in a place like this.

“…Could you please let me stay just one night?”

When Jiyeon looked up at him with tear-filled eyes, the man dragged a large hand over his face, as if troubled.

“Looks like you don’t really understand the situation.”

“……”

“I’m a man. And a very hungry one at that.”

The glint in his eyes flashed dangerously. As Jiyeon mulled over the meaning of his words, she swallowed hard. It seemed there was a reason he had tried so coldly to send her away.

“I’ve been holding back for a while now.”

Suddenly, the man’s gaze dropped to Jiyeon’s chest, openly staring. Her white T-shirt, stained with dark blotches, had stretched so much that half her chest was visible.

Startled, Jiyeon instinctively raised her hands to cover herself.

“If you let me stay with you here… I’ll do anything.”

“You’re not scared at all, huh.”
