Status: c80
cliche plot, predictable scenario, MC personality went from normal to indifference in chapter 1, thanks to his op golden finger. No character development cuz of his op golden finger. World background was only limit to where the MC sect in (my latest chapter is chapter 14),

Characters don't feel lifelike but instead feel like any other cliche face slapping xianxia novel. WARNING this novel on it's early parts, there will be a lot of face slapping

Only interesting thing about this novel is it's unique golden finger/system. I don't know about... more>> you guys, but I never heard about this kind of system. Check below of systems info

① The time limit changes with the host's cultivation. For example, the Body Refinement Realm could only be modified for ten years, the Qi Gathering Realm for a hundred years, and so on.

② The same item can only be modified once. After breaking through a realm, it can be refreshed.

So as you can see, MC can some sort of control time. He may not be able to see the future nor the past. But he can basically age anything, even concepts itself.

When I and MC first heard about this system, I really hope he didn't modify his sword intent and fist intent first.

since he modified his cultivation base by 10+ years. He went from 4th stage of the body refinement to 10th body refinement.

Since it depends on his foundation. The system gave him his future 10+ years of sword training to his current self

(if he has good foundation this 10+ of sword technique training can boost his strength significantly)

And to get good foundation MC need heavenly resource, precious medicinal pills, But MC is only a outer court disciple. Good timing. There is a tournament (inner court selection), who ever wins gets ten low-grad spirit stones.

You see what im saying? And chapter 1 till the latest chapter 14 (for me) no one suspects why a outer court disciple who had the lowest strength can boost his cultivation base by 6 breakthrough? Just so much plot holes.

I'm only interested in the golden finger, after I see him really modify his cultivation base to hundred million years like what it said in the description I might drop, or author might surprise me. Who knows. *Shrug*

After like 30-60 chapters, if, when everything is set up, im assuming these cliche won't happen. This novel has so much potential.

I've seen other novels like these that has started with cliche and face slapping, but later evolved into one the classics we have come to love and hate. Like a symbiotic relationship. <<less
