Description
Links are NOT allowed. Format your description nicely so people can easily read them. Please use proper spacing and paragraphs. In this absurd story, a narcissistic, school heartthrob, and academic prodigy (the “attacker”) falls for a fellow academic prodigy who only cares about studying (the “target”).
Academic overachiever Ji Can finds himself transported into a stock-picking novel, reborn as the villainous school bully.
With failing grades, a history of bullying classmates, and a future that leads to dropping out of high school and ending up in prison, Ji Can is left bewildered.
Sorry, I just want to focus on my studies.
Soon, people notice that the once-tyrannical school bully has completely transformed.
“Boss, who are we going to corner today?” his lackeys ask.
“Let’s corner the math teacher,” Ji Can replies.
“Holy shit, Boss, you’re insane! You’d dare corner a teacher?!”
Then they see their boss cornering the math teacher at the school gate, discussing the final problem on the exam.
******
“Wow, you’re so smart! You can even solve such a difficult problem!” a green tea girl gushes.
“I suspect you’re actually insulting me,” Ji Can retorts.
…
“What’s so impressive about that? Any high school student could solve it.”
…
Completely focused on his studies, Ji Can remains oblivious to the fact that he has already caught the attention of the novel’s ultimate boss, Gu Jiangheng.
Gu Jiangheng, the aloof campus heartthrob and academic prodigy, was an extreme younger brother complex sufferer. His greatest interest was in preventing all the male leads from getting together with his younger brother.
Ji Can: “Don’t come to me. I’m not messing around with your brother—I’m just focused on my studies.”
Gu Jiangheng: “I’m not interested in messing around with you. I just want to study with you.”
Ji Can: Hm?
Then Ji Can realized that this younger brother-obsessed academic prodigy had waved his hand, tossed his “pure white lotus” younger brother among the male leads, and dove headfirst into the ocean of knowledge alongside him.
Ji Can: Devoted to studying, no interest in romance.
Gu Jiangheng: Dating while studying.
Ji Can, after learning the truth: You’re actually this kind of person?!
