Translator here, this is my first time translating and writing a review so bear with me.

Xu Ming, the protagonist, is a sick patient who wants nothing more than to be cured of his problem although he's starting to give up hope of ever finding a cure. And I think you can guess the rest. I won't go too much into what the story is about since there isn't much to spoil.

I really enjoyed reading this book, I stumbled across it accidentally when I was looking for something to read and... more>> it immediately peaked my interest. It's short and sweet but the characters are well developed and the plot is cohesive. If you're looking for something really sweet but also surprising and at times a little shocking, I definitely recommend reading this.

It says 'love at first sight' but honestly isn't really that, so don't be fooled. There's surprisingly a lot of backstory and plot that gets fit into this book in such little space and it takes you on a nice ride. After I finished reading I felt like I had fallen back into a river of cotton, it's the kind of story that fills you with hope and sweetness but it doesn't suffocate you. I'm normally not a huge fan at all of fluffy stories with mindless brain rot but this one has levels I can tolerate.

I really appreciate Xu Ming as a character, and also He He, the ML. They are both really refreshing characters and I love how both of them can act so shameless at times. Xu Ming knows what he wants and when he wants something he'll chase after it to the very end, but he also isn't an arrogant prick who needs to get beat up.

Like I said, it's my first time translating so it isn't the most polished product, but I hope I managed to convey the story the way the author wanted to and that whoever reads this may enjoy it like I did! <<less

Sweet, funny short read. Good writing and translation. You get exactly what is best in short stories. Love at first sight both MC and ML. I would incline more that MC is He He (seme) as more POV for him.

the MC and ML had a bit of encounter during a masquerade party in a bar. ML who suffers from certain dysfunction gets"cured" during it. Can't forget the MC and tries to approach him in order to boyfriend him. The MC also gets very attracted to ML, from then on they both try to hook each other up with a bit of funny misunderstanding in the process (if you don't like misunderstandings like me, don't worry it's not the anoying type)
