During a routine deployment, Yu Chuan’s squad is blindsided by a brutal monster ambush. Plummeting into the depths of a dark, forgotten underground ruin, he stumbles upon and accidentally awakens an archdemon who has been slumbering for a millennium.

Yu Chuan braces himself for death, assuming his journey has reached its end. Yet, when he opens his eyes again, he is lying unharmed in a medical bay back at headquarters. The only issue? There is a palm-sized, silver-haired creature floating right next to his face.

The tiny demon throws a tearful tantrum, relentlessly pummeling Yu Chuan’s cheek with his chubby little fists, his tiny black-and-red wings flapping furiously.

“Insolent human! You’re pathetic! You’re so weak you can’t even sustain my true form! Sniffle…”

Yu Chuan is left utterly speechless.

“Actually, Chuanchuan, if you like, I can transform into a stunningly handsome man with a huge… package,” the little demon purrs, striking a ridiculously flamboyant pose while blinking his round, crimson eyes. “Want to give me a little rub down when the time comes? Hehehe.”

“That is entirely unnecessary,” Yu Chuan replies flatly.

The little demon bursts into dramatic tears on the spot.

Yu Chuan genuinely finds the creature’s antics adorable. What he doesn’t expect, however, is that this tiny ball of fluff really can transform into a towering, six-foot-three silver-haired hunk—one who hides in dark corners and casually slaps the living daylights out of top-tier powerhouse bosses.
