It starts off well and while I do enjoy a ruthless protag, the MC becomes irredeemably evil, more so than his vengeance targets.

He goes as far as executing every maid in the castle, not just the guilty ones, but the ones who did nothing or were just following the orders of the queen, no one harmed him directly in any real way.

MC forgives the real one who's at fault for everything, for his mother's death, his father the King. MC insults and hates him and then just immediately forgives him,... more>> WTF kind of writing is that? The King was bad, he cheated because he loved another woman, he's too weak willed to protect that woman and watches her die without lifting a finger.

And the MC forgives him... While the MC himself has a bunch of innocent women killed. <<less
