Kang Si-eon, an ordinary editor.

He has always lived his life as an extra—

both in reality,

and even in the worlds of novels.

One day, a five-volume fantasy novel is suddenly delivered to him.

When he opens his eyes, Kang Si-eon finds himself inside the novel—

as a mere extra.

“How long am I going to struggle through life as a background character? I want to shine too!”

His rank may be that of an extra, but he’ll live like a protagonist!

One extra begins to conquer the world inside the novel!

I’m not too sure about this novel, everything feels forced, and there doesn’t seem to be any consistency at all.

For first impressions, the MC seemed to be sensible and quite professional before he transmigrated, but the moment that he did, for some reason his intelligence dwindled, and he always over reacts at any slight inconvenience, for example when one of the original MC recognized him, he was acting like it was the end of the world, even though there wasn’t really any that much of a problem with it. Sometimes... more>> he completely acts out if character again and becomes smart and calm at times; I think the reason for this inconsistency is that the author is trying to push a comedic atmosphere even though it ain't really that funny.

Aside from character inconsistency, we have forced set ups. The prologue boss’ treasure conveniently drops beside the MC for some reason, and these happens another time to another boss, when conveniently the item rolls over to him, without anyone saying or noticing anything. Even his transmigration doesn’t make sense if we take in as to why he was transported in the novel, and what he’s currently doing. He was transported because MC thought “The story was boring and the characters had no personaity?” So, mysterious author says “try fixing it”. Just a convenient intro for transmigration, and its not even a review for a novel; the author just sends a package to the MC for no reason, then asks what the MC thinks about the story and thats it.

And does the reason for his transmigration have any correlation to what he does in the story? None at all, he’s just trying to meet some significant characters in the story, then when they do notice him; he over reacts like its the end if the world. There’s a lot more things to rant about, that I wonder if his transmigration had any side effects on turning him s*upid. <<less

Spoiler

But I feel irked that upon MC came into new town, every man that MC came across doesn't trust what he said, look down on him and dubious with MC's strength.. Epecially that guy beside the leader woman.. He annoyed me very much

And im also annoyed that MC accept being thrust into a dangerous forest for A MONTH! A MONTH! Like seriously as a test just to get into a mercenary team? I feel like there's better use of time.. He could have just paid attention to the team discreetly without being in contact with them? But then again this is not my novel.. But the characters around MC so far annoyed me so much, I hope more characters are not as annoying, they really not likeable
