I agree with Manhwalover356's review that the FL is somewhat a bit*h and annoying, but that what makes her character development memorable. She will slowly changed as the story progress, and to be honest, I think that she is the one having more impact to the story compares to the MC.

As for the story, it's good, as you may expected from the author's novels. Although I can't deny that the descriptions for the demons are too vivid, making them feel even more grotesque. All in all, this story is one I will recommend to fantasy lovers.

Right, to keep in note, I don't think the characters in this story are likeable. But I like the fact that each of them possess flaws and madness or obsession towards something. And I think that's what makes them interesting. The reason I can continue on reading isn't because I like the characters but because I purely interested in how the story progresses.

Going to have to wait, and stockpile chapters. This is really hard to read, for the exact reasons mentioned in the other 2 reviews: the cast is abominable. The FL is incredibly annoying, so much so that I completely agree with the statement that he should've let her die. She's a toxic, abusive, b***y, obsessive piece of tr*sh.

The problem lies in that I trust the other reviewer to be correct in that it makes the character growth even more impressive!

Also, to be fair, I don't like the ML either. He's an arrogant, angry, short-tempered a**hole. Not fun at all to read, but the FL is just so much worse that he's a saint by comparison. Frankly, I'm shocked at how awful both main characters are. I'm sure the goal will be to make him more of a tsundere and her to actually be a decent human being, but for now they're both annoying AF.
