9.5/10 — The translations were quite messy but I won't let it affect the rating because the storyline is really good. It's quite predictable but I see no problem with that, I actually like it. I like the flow of the story and how the author was able to 'solve' the problems and involve other characters, which let us show their dynamic with He Zhao and Xue Yu. I was kinda confused and let down with how was the studying app was not mentioned again and it was quite sudden as well but I guess it was not important with the author. Another thing is the thing with Da Mei and Dalei, like, is there... more>> something going on? I haven't read the extras yet so I'm unsure if the author let it as is. Still, I like the story and HZ & XY's dynamic. I like that they are chill and have their own character, and never changing personalities. They have complete trust with each other and are know just how to deal with one another. Old Tang is very cool too! I'm excited to see him and Mad Dog in the manhua.

10/10 — This became my most favorite BL novel, which overthrew TGCF. It's not because one is better or some sort but personally, Little Mushroom became a story that I can ready many times. TGCF is very heavy and while I do like it, I can't really say I have the guts to read it again. But I actually did and will probably do again, though I skip parts, which I don't do when re-reading LM. LM is thrilling and adventurous, with a little slow burn and of course the enemies-to-lovers troupe, but somehow I always feel at peace when reading it. I like the CP's dynamic a lot, because I always love a caring... more>> and doting Gong (while trying to hide it or be discreet about it). I love how they just always find a way, well actually just how their actions and decisions (and goals) somehow lead them to each other. Do remember that it's Sci-Fi, so there's a lot technical and scientific terms, explanations, or statements that readers may found difficult to understand so it's important to read carefully, take note if you have to. Also, there maybe some decisions that you will find yourself displeased, disappointed, or even angry, and I'm not gonna stop you from feeling so, believe me I also felt those emotions intensely, or justify the characters' actions but do remember that it's a post-apocalyptic world, and survival is the main priority. It's sad, really I sobbed so hard. You'll find out that the mushroom have some few other indications other than An Zhe, and honestly it's the saddest part of the story for me. It's not a tragic or very dramatic story but you'll be surpised and suddenly find yourself tearing out, if not crying already. Lastly, I like the pace of the story and as well as the pace of the relationship of Lu Feng & An Zhe (I really love this CP!!). The ending is a bit 50/50, but I think it'a realistic and the best course of action. I know that LF & AZ will live a long life more peacefully (atleast compared from before) and together.

8/10 — I like this novel, but I can see that it has much to improve. It could also because the translation might not be... more>> accurate or needs improvement, so this has affected how I read. Anyways, I like the flow of the story and the pacing of their relationship. It wasn't rushed and they were given space and opportunity to actually think about their feelings, rather than immediately going along with their thoughts. It's really nice to see how their feelings developed and how their dynamica grow. Ye Zhou is a bit clumsy but he doesn't really have any experience so some may find his behaviors annoying but at the same time it is also understandable why he would act the certain way. At the end of the day, Shang Jin and Ye Zhou really have good dynamics: they get along with their preferences (see Shang Ye as reference), good understanding with each other (studying and family problems), and views/values (future plans and convictions). I'm sure in the future they'll continue to get along and solve problems/issues that may come. <<less
