 While the author's love of repeating themselves can make you say, 'We get it, move on already!' it's not enough to persuade me not to recommend this book at the highest ranking. One instance of this perhaps being the reason for so many in the comments calling this book misogynistic. However, I'm still confused by this. Yes, it's annoying reading the countless variations of "women can only be here because of seduction as they are the weaker s*x," but it's not as if the MC is screaming, 'oh my stars you're right! I must be woman!' frantically trying to find a poofy dress and teacup so she can rethrow herself over the garden hedges after realizing such a grievous mistake. No, her actions at the very least are unaffected by it and actively proving it wrong at the most. Plus, you can easily skim past the sentences in question scattered here and there when they get to be too annoying. 

Characters are refreshing in that their flaws aren't magically erased instantly by some pseudo minute of healing. It takes time to forgive and/or heal, time to pack it all up, and time to move the boxes to the shelf of the past. The author created beautiful, intriguing souls that felt real enough to invoke laughter, camaraderie, rage, and more than a few tears. Even the villains are written with ample love and attention that, while you may not like them, you can understand why they became that way and what drives them.

Seriously, I can't say enough about this book; however, to not give away any spoilers, I'll refrain. Now please excuse me while I tend to this massive book hangover. <<less

Translation can be annoying at times but it's such a great story! The characters are absolutely adorable and so memorable.

Translation is confusing at the start but gets better fairly quickly. Caution: Guard your heart while reading this short treat!

Really enjoyed the story! It's cute and feels cohesive. The thing about acting like a too shy child unable to spit out I love you yet jumping into the sheets at every opportunity trope is super annoying when other authors do it and... Yep, it's still annoying here lol. My only other --minor-- complaint is that I wished some of the side characters had more of an ending than what they had. Sure it's an ending but dammit I need to know everything about MVPs Bibi and Linon!!! At least they finished the side character's ending I was most curious about.... more>>

I know some things are tropes for a reason, but reading about it occuring between two grown-ass adults is frustrating. 

Characters are wonderful, each feeling like a complete, unique individual, however I believe the world around them could have used more descriptions. I'm torn on the main story ending. It feels lacking, underwhelming in some way, yet I don't know why as all loose ends seem to be tied. The conclusion of the extra side chapters definitely needed one more as it felt like coming to a screeching halt.

Chapter 382 was duplicated and has yet to be replaced with the correct text after 2 months and another chapter has a character misgendered throughout the entire thing

^Note: I read the paid version almost exclusively. To be where the free version picked up, you'd have to read to the 200+ chapter(I think it was 216 or 217 specifically) and by that point I thought why bother switching. <<less
