This story seems more like a concept than an actual story, that's why it's so low.

Interesting list. I personally think that Ecstas Online is better than Maou Gakuen no Hangyakusha and Masou Gakuen Hybrid x Heart. It just has better characters overall and a more interesting story/world too(MC is also the best developed one of the author so far).
Maou Gakuen no Hangyakusha is easily his weakest work for me. It's not bad but it's not good either, just ok. It's funny to see how opinions can diverge so much.
