UGHH YES I AM IN LOVE WITH HERRR. This novel is amazing MC and ML are both amazing same with all the side characters. Ive re read this more then once because of how good it is and when ever I read it I start thinking about my life. I have a strong preference for stories with MCs that have a calm and collected personality but they still have flaws which Tang Mo has. Even though he is strong he isn’t the strongest one and still admits when someone can beat his ass. He isn’t conceited about his strength he’s aware of it. Even with his strength when he gets into situations that are hard to deal with you still feel for him, and unlike in other novels with OP MCs HE! DOES! GET! HURT! Which in my opinion is good because I have a pet peeve when a characters in a hard battle and they come out unscathed…. Just grinds my gears. 

Secondarily the ML while powerful also has flaws which is good. I would say at first hes cold and your average overbearing ML but once you get to know him you learn that he just has a dry sense of humor and that he really like innuendos… 

The side characters are also good and the author I feel handled them all very well. I did not have any gripes with them and even the most annoying one I came to love in the end sob. The world building was also spectacular and every time the read I was able to imagine everything very well… 

Overall a very spectacular novel and I highly recommend. <<less

I am really fond of novels that put the MC into situations that cause they psychological functions to collapse. Having a character go through hell and back just to return to hell is something I love reading very much and I am never tired of it. This book is a good example of it. When you have an average and moral character turn into a indifferent and morally grey character due to circumstances they can’t control is always the best. The author I felt portrayed the mental collapse of the MC very well, and it felt incredibly human as in which for a long time there is immense struggle but then he later becomes emotionally... more>> tired and dull. The second to last arc as well as the butterfly in the stomach arc did a good job of portraying this. 

I do however think the ending could of been handled better and it felt rushed, but it did not stop my enjoyment of this novel at all <<less

Very good! I went into this novel not really expecting much but it was enjoyable. At times I felt that the MC was a bit lacking in intelligence but given the situation he was put in, I don’t think anyone who took his shoes could of acted any different. The romance was slow(?) but also not slow at the same time. Throughout the novel I was very fascinated with the ML as well and I think the two of them make a very good couple.... more>>

I think the author had a lot of ideas when it came to this novel but didn’t fully execute them. The set up was very good but in the end it did feel like something was missing. There was background information and story telling that could of been elaborated on, but overall i had a nice time reading it. <<less
