This is hard. When I read this a few days ago, I had a feeling that I had already read it before. However, I can't remember which was the last chapter I read. So, I kept reading until around chapter 17. I'm trying to remember why I dropped this novel back then, and when I reached chapter 17, it suddenly dawned on me the reason why. When I stumbled upon the reason for dropping this novel, I realized it still irritated me. It started off so well; I loved how hard she was trying to train all those military men. I don't know how many times I've come across this book and attempted to read it. Every time I tried to read, I never got past chapter 2. This time, I tried to read more, up until chapter 13. I'm sorry to say this, but I couldn't help but drop it. I can't take this book seriously with the excessive use of exclamation marks at the end of almost every dialogue. Every time the author/translator ends the dialogue, I can't help but voice it out in my head as if they're expressing excitement or shouting, and it ruins the whole experience for me. For example, there was this one time when the male lead was... more>> supposed to answer his co-worker in a cold voice, but then came the exclamation mark. He didn't sound cold; instead, he sounded excited. I know many people like this book, and the ratings are high too, but I just can't get into it because of the reasons mentioned above. I do think that the plot is interesting but that's it.
