Typical it is for the love interest to be the disabled one, right? After reading many where the interest is disabled, I started to wonder if there were an where the MC is the one with a disability
It's hard to find them TT. . . BUT that doesn't mean there are NONE!!!
And I'd like to share these discoveries, without further ado . . . .

I know #3 & 4 aren't disabilities but mostly illnesses, but I'd still like to add them to this list.
Feel free to tell me any I've missed, I added them mainly from what I found under the disability tag that wasn't the LI and by reading the synopsis which can be vague.

Find My Bearings MC is blind snd the ML is the owner (?) of an app that helps blind people
"Legend of the Sun Knight" has the MC being blinded in the later 2/3 of the novel. Not a disability from the start and he eventually recover his vision but I think it should be qualified for the list.
"Fist Demon of Mount Hua" has the MC with a cripple leg. It is never recover and he learn martial art even with that leg.
"Nigotta Hitomi no Lilianne" is very cute, with the MC being a blind baby. Sadly it is on hiatus.
And this one most definitely not it, but in "The Tyrant’s Last Doll" the MC is literally a doll and can't move or talk for almost of the entire currently translated chapter.
you could maybe add “Qian Qiu”. the lead at the beginning gets injured and is blinded and his vision never fully recovers he can see like shapes/shadows.
also the novel sucks but “The Reader and Protagonist Definitely Have to Be in True Love” has a deaf mc
