Very nice compilation! Here are some of my opinions on the novels:
LoTM, the pinnacle. If you have refined reading taste, then this is the best you will find out there.
Circle of Inevitability, "Not started. Waiting for more chapters to be translated." Oh man do I understand you. I can hardly hold myself from start reading it, can't help but have lots of expectations for it since the LoTM was amazing. I want more, I need more.
Deep Sea Embers is the closest thing to LoTM that I've read, though it has little chapters as of now but its a great one. Definitely read it.
The Regressor and The Blind Saint is a good romance.
Demon God's Lackey had me entertained for a good while but it gets boring after.
The Villian Who Robbed The Heroines, some may find it vulgar, some may say its just abuse and some may say its a really good novel. You gotta make your own opinion on that one, for me it was guilty pleasure too.
City of Witches has good plot and good 'plot', I also heard that it will have less smut chapters after the first hundred chapters which means more quality plot.
Kidnapped Dragons was very good, I still feel the good taste that the ending has left in my mouth.
I will be checking out Surviving the Game as a Barbarian and OFPV. I can also recommend Genius Warlock for this list, it would make a good addition. Have a nice day.

I was caught up to Genius Warlock when it was around ~62 chapters, haven’t read it since then and now it has like 200+ chapters, will need to read more to determine whether to add it to this list.

Everyone Else is a Returnee (Very interesting beginning, though the ending is hit or miss)
Main Character Hides His Strength (Good backstory, learn more about the MC throughout the novel)
Max Level Newbie (Not cliché like all novels with similar titles, completely unique world)

A Will Eternal — Have completed it too long ago to give a Tier clearly, but it will not be on this list as far as I recall my feelings about it.

I’m Really Not The Demon God’s Lackey - removed from this Masterpieces List.
‘Misunderstood MC + Shop-owner’ tropes, while initially entertaining, it became repetitive and boring after a while. Author had some pretty decent world-building on the grand scheme with the lores and mysteries but the development & execution process on smaller details or seemingly subplot can feel rather rough and not masterpiece-ly polished. For that, I’m Really Not The Demon God’s Lackey is removed from this Masterpieces List. But it is still a rather decent read.
