This was my first & most loved CN novel. 

-The revenge is well detailed & delivered. It is so satisfying because there is no antagonist who doesn't get what is coming to them.

-the second half is political intrigue

-It was initially difficult to accept the romance because the ml & fl were flawed

a) both were hypocritical. e.g. Fl sympathized with females but could easily give harsh punishments too (even if deserved). The ml abandoned pre-isekai Qing Ju for 2 months but still considered himself a respectful husband

b) I didn't buy that she could so easily pretend to love the ml while remaining apathetic. 

c) It was uncomfortable that he only respected fl but not the other women in his harem.

-the point is, the couple is flawed but they are good together. <<less

-this fl is genuinely unbothered; she doesn't flatter the ml. She also truly respects all women despite any differences. I respect this ml more because he has no harem.

-the ml is secretly OP

My issues

1. I find it unbelievable that fl was the only one in the whole harem who knew how to act in love but retained her heart. Why could the emperor see through the tricks of other women but not through hers? 

2. I'm not a fan of women fighting women for a single undeserving man. I found all the concubines unfortunate because their fates hinged on the whims of a flaky man. <<less
