mc is very likable, the characters are all very likable, and the world building is actually pretty good. It's not a weak to strong novel, mc was never really the 'weak' one in any situation, but the story never treated it like that. mc is strong and the story doesn't pretend otherwise, which i find it refreshing. Really enjoy this story, no romance which is a huge plus. i hate it when reincarnation novels have romance, it has a very shitty connotation. The journey is interesting and I'm always excited to read the next chapter, which is a good indicator of how good the novel is.... more>>

This novel isn't 'simple', but it's easy for me, a beginner of martial arts novels, to read, and I really like how the novel discusses the beliefs and ideology of the arts. ALSO THE MAIN CHARACTER ISNT SOME ANGST RIDDEN TEEN OR A SCHEMING BASTARD LITERALLY ITS SO REFRESHING HOW AWESOME HE IS. the romance is pretty good its not in your face and doesnt ruin the big story, but adds to it!!! just go f*cking read it the angst is angsty and the fun is funny. <<less

PEAK SLICE OF LIFE WRITING!!!! it's not boring despite not having any major conflicts/antagonists, each character is full of charisma and I love how the mc's previous life has a continuous significant impact on himself and his writing. No manipulating the stock market here lol. The way everything flows is really nice, no crazy face slapping that many authors do, it's all very natural. Very good read, makes me impulsively want to read meaningful literature and write a deep philosophical book lmaooo. Edit: Just finished it and omfg it gave me a similar level of satisfaction finishing as orv did. Very different in tone, but hell yeah im extremely attached to the characters and story and appreciate how it played out. Never explained why or how he reincarnated, but honestly not needed. It's not a plot hole, it's just something that isn't relevant to the story. Very good, definitely rereading <<less

before u judge that it's bl, +100 chapters in and the interactions between the ml and mc are very little. what this story excels at... more>> is creating a compelling world with interesting horror premises. each horror game the mc enters is interesting, tho there only been 3 games so far. they each got difference vibes, silent hill, resident evil, those 'based on true events' horror movies... also lots of danger. very thrilling. If I got one bone to pick w the story tho is that the mc is listed as F class yet have to worry about A class/S class people on the second and third game?? And the classes are based on attribute points, yet when the mc gets points from beating a game he never use them to strengthen himself??? generally very unclear, but over this novel is great. the lore and how the mc puts everything together is very well done <<less
