Girls who are pulled into BL novels and think they can have a fake relationship with no problems but the guy turns out bis**ual, pansexual, demisexual, or their sexuality is never really a matter of discussion because they were written to be loved starved, and just going to grab onto the first person who gave them affection.

I will admit while I think this situational trope is funny it can feel problematic when you think about it. I know this isn't for everyone and your feelings about that are valid.
