hahaha great list buddy. Your fetishes are exactly the same as mine, so I have read most of your list (korean novels, male lead, not BL). I will recommend some that you may love ^^

- 세상의 끝에서 클리어를 외치다 (completed): this is my top favourite, oh my f***ing god you have to read this plz. the ssss is not, hmm, exaggerate but you can feel it, kinda hard to explain anything, so its best that you just go and read it. Its really really good but kinda flop, so sad :.:

- 성황의 아이들 (children of the holy emperor): this one is great too. I havent seen any novel that focuses on the father-son relationship like this one. The MC is the third prince, and he is reckless as hell, exactly your type, hahaha. i have a fun time enjoying this.

- 명문고 EX급 조연의 리플레이 (ex rank supporting role’s replay in a prestigious school): I kinda surprised that this one is not in your list. Hmm, its about a person who love a game so much and he is willing to do anything to help that world reach a happy ending. MC is similar to Cale. its a fun read so try it haha.

- 'Is It Bad That the Main Character’s a Roleplayer?' and 'ORV': I saw these in your list but maybe you havent read them yet? cuz i didnt see your reviews. The first one... hmmm... how do i say it, has a lot of ssss, but its very unique and interesting haha, and the later, well its super famous. The ssss is clear in the later part so you have to put some time reading it. But I believe that you wont be disappointed haha, cuz the pain is real ;.; You will understand why its so famous once you finish it (some tips: dont go around and look for spoilers, and if you have seen them then dont worry, it doesnt affect much)

There are a lot more but I cant recall all of them, these are the most noticeable novels that suit my tastes. Hope you find sth great

P/S: looking back the most of the MC above are the one who sacrifice their life to save the world, well, I didnt realize that i like this type of MC ƠvƠ

I HAVE to recommend "My husband hates me, but he lost his memories." It's as the title goes, ML hates FL because of her family, but he becomes very affectionate after getting amnesia. FL is having none of it because she doesn't want to get caught in this false hope (he may return to normal after regaining his memories). FL is lowkey suicidal, rejects all of ML's attempts to make up, and the pain is just sooooooooooooo good. Def give it a try when you've got the time!!

I recommend "I’m in Trouble Because The Emperor Thinks My Time is Limited", coughing blood check, misunderstading checked. And the interesting thing is, the Enemies already dead, ML is an emperor already. So it's a story in an after story.

Oh one more recommendation. Definitely not as strong as the rest of your list in the self pity or sacrifice department but can still be seen as such if you read it long enough is "Crossing to the Future, It's Not Easy to Be a Man." Completely different feeling and definitely not going for that aspect but she basically has to pretend to be a man and becomes responsible for the people under her command. It comes with a huge pressure and she has to lie to her friends about her true identity the entire time. The buildup for the gender reveal is excruciating xD also a VERY slow burn romance. As in 800 chapters in ml finally holds hands kind of slow but it just leaves you so satisfied when it does happen.

i highly recommend adding "how to get my husband on my side", "i dont want this reincarnation" and "necromancer survival". 

HGTMHOMS has an anorexic mc who suffers from abuse/ridicule extensively, and she puts herself in positions where she seems like the "bad guy", the ML basically goes yandere to try and stop her from shouldering so much blame. the novel itself is a suffering fest. lots of self hurting or su*cide ideation

IDWTR features an mc similar to TCF/ORV/SCLASS, regularly injured or kidnapped or willing to use himself to get jobs done easier even if he pukes blood or collapses. lots of awesome injury scenes, or the cast going yandere over his wellbeing (literally shackling him to prevent him from leaving his apartment,, lololol)

necromancer survival has an mc that suffers from ptsd with his necromancer abilities, hes very weak, but he uses himself to try and help his servants attain revenge (some very very good blood vomiting scenes). his servants are also seen putting him to sleep so he doesnt have insomnia/night terrors from his ptsd. good stuff

just wanted to say TYSM for this list-- i am so glad someone is obsessed with the same tropes i am. i almost exclusively want to read novels like this ! so good.
