[Idk what I was thinking putting this here, but I may be biased since it was also one of the first few novels I've read. Anyway, what I liked about this was the world-building, it truly captures a realistic view of the medieval era which we don't really see in other novels. It's kind of refreshing yet so gross at the same time when you realize this is the period where people aren't so keen on bathing and prefer to cover their scent with perfume.
