Some of these may Tickle your Pickle
Honestly, are there any webnovels that are objectively good?
Flawless? Without dragging on endlessly, trailing off into a nothing ending or meandering on with a directionless plot?
I haven't found many and I sure have read a lot.
A lot.
Many that I'm not proud of. The type of novel that if my friends and family found me reading might cause another Isekai.
But also, in the filth and garbage that I often see festering on NU there are plenty of gems to look out for.
And plenty to avoid.
Keep In mind all these reviews are just my opinions.
Ps. Check the comments for novel recommendations that aren't on NU
PPs: although they are my opinions, you are objectively wrong if you disagree.

Reincarnated with strongest system - great world, fun and we'll written with a down to earth MC 7.5/10
My vampire system - starts well but I ended up losing interest when the mc lost all emotions 6/10
Beginning after the end - not as good as the manwha imo. The writing style is a little boring 6/10
Cultivation online - interesting concept but the mc is so overpowered it becomes laughable 5/10
Dual cultivation - mc is kind of obnoxious and a know it all so not my thing. He's also a monkey brain that only thinks about secs 4/10
Blood warlock: succubus partner in the apocalypse - (idk if that's the right title btw but it's something similar.) Starts strong and then becomes a kingdom builder where the mc has to take care of a bunch of good for nothings while constantly reiterating how much he doesn't care about them. 5/10
My three beautiful vampire wives - this is weirdo shit. Probably the most power fantasy/ h**ny stuff I've read and I couldn't hack it. 5/10
i agree with almost all of your reviews of things i am just wondering where you read the "martial peak"
to suggest it has "decent" translation because i made it to ch6 and that was not the impression i got
at all. [. Thought of this, Kai Yang sudden burst comfortable, is called the BMW with a good saddle, beauty gifts hero]
.....
Yeah lol, like I said this was the first CN I read so there's definitely rose tinted glasses there since everything felt fresh and interesting.
I will say that read the manhua up to a point then switched to the novel so maybe the translation had improved by then.
On an objective note martial peak is a 4-5/10 tho
I still stand by it being dumb fun and surprisingly memorable.
I would disagree with Let me game in peace I find it to be quite interesting, especially because the MC is very consistent. Power level is the same,he ez stomps everything up to 1 realm above
+2 the most he can do is hold on in some circumstances, which has remained quite consistent. Aside from that I find it to be fairly logical with the approach to most of the ability setups and whatnot, as if it were actually structured. his relationships arent bad either, with some of them being funny(Liu Yun) and some of them being a bit more serious(Wang Lan, An Sheng etc.)
For the record he does have growth in the real world but it comes later, I suggest you take another look at this one. Definitely better than you give it credit for.
There definitely was stuff I didn't give it credit for, but the the review can only be so long.
I don't know if I fully gave it a chance, but in the end I read about 200 chaps and was pretty unimpressed overall.
It's definitely passable and has great world building but I just wasn't interested in the characters at all (personally)
Everyone has their own things they like and it's just my opinion in the end. To each their own my guy.
@TehGodofDoooom 200 is more than enough to give for a novel to draw them in.
if you cannot understand that, then you are a lost cause to talk to.
@TehGodofDoooom listen i have tried to make it dumbed down for you but you clearly take it as an attack on yourself, the 200 chapters is not to define the novel in it's entirety child, it is to get the readers interest. almost all the novels on here do not even do this basic correctly, 10% of a novel i think is more than fair. and on your thing of trying to make yourself sound innocent with " I only suggested that they give it another try" you have given no reason except oh it gets better so your argument is waste more time and it might get good. and kid nobody asked you to be here or to give your judgement on how many chapters are enough to judge a novel. works both ways moron at least i give a valid reason to mine besides, it gits gud. go learn to write and learn about getting the readers attention and keeping it before spouting off that they should read 1400 chapters to get to the good stuff.
@edvy69 A few things. Firstly, if you properly read the comment chain you would know that I was the one who pasted the first comment, my reasoning for why I believe the novel is good is in the first comment so learn to read the whole comment chain first before you say anything.
Secondly I'm not "trying to make myself sound innocent" because I AM INNOCENT. Ultimately these entire lists are opinion based except for the tag classification, so even if I didn't put any arguments besides my opinion that the novel becomes more interesting after a few hundred chaps, it wouldn't make it any worse.
Go relearn the english language and understand what an opinion is. While your opinion is that 200 chaps was enough for people to judge whether the novel is good or not, I disagree, and that doesn't automatically make my opinion wrong in any sense. Ultimately you never gave any valid reasons either, you only stated what you thought, you said it yourself "10% of a novel i think is more than fair." Key word here is 'I think'. So don't go calling that a valid reason afterwards.
To address your final bit, I don't need to learn anything about writing since I'm already certified as literate in english by the national standard of my country, and I'm not writing any novels for a living so Idc about getting the attention of readers, I'm a reader myself, and I personally prefer to read at least 25-30% of the novel before making a judgement. Once again go learn how opinions work and how to properly state yours without feeling the need to attack others just because you don't understand that opinion is not truth. Child, I was here before you chatting with the creator of the list, so YOU are the one butting in on something that never concerned you in the first place.Child, I was here before you chatting with the creator of the list, so YOU are the one butting in on something that never concerned you in the first place.
And for the record I never stated that my opinion of the novel or how long I believe people should read before they judge a novel was a fact/truth either, nor do I impose it on others. So learn to do the same. state your opinion without imposing it on others.
