I couldn't find a list for this so I've created one! This list contains the novels I've personally read and enjoyed about:
- MLs that look like a pretty boy shou / uke but are actually a gong / seme
- Characters that look like white lotus' / pretty boys but are actually black bellied, dominant or yandere

It's really hard to find a list like this and I really appreciate this. So these are some of my recommendations:
- Transmigrating into the Reborn Male Lead’s Ex-Boyfriend
Highly suggest this one. The ML was originally a shou in the original storyline and the MC is really unique as a character. This one is really fluffy. The translation is top-tier.
- Did The Affectionate Love Interest Collapse Today?
There's only 30 chapters but the MC is pretty good. From the 2 arcs, I've seen the MLs are yanderes and I <3 it!!
- The Male Lead’s White Moonlight is Attracted to Me!
Also ML used to be shou in the original storyline and MC is decent.
- The Cruel Tyrant
It's a harem but has a solid plot. Pretty heartwarming + SMUTTY and the MLs are no joke either (THEY'RE REALLY THIRSTY FOR MC'S ASS) despite some of their appearances.
- A Hundred Ways To Kill A Heartthrob
This one is heartbreaking and a lil angsty. MLs (mostly 2 each arc) are pretty yandere and the MLs used to be the main couple in the original storyline but got broken off by MC with his sKilLs* (intelligence and seduction). The translation is questionable but you can read it and understand the gist of it.
- Certificate of Conformity
Haven't seen any updates recently but the MC is psychotic and intelligent. MLs (used to be shou & gong of original story couple) are really yandere for him and are obsessed over him (it's no joke like their stalkerish, possessive and lil non-con).
