Absolutely fantastic!! I've read ahead and it cemented the thought that this is a legendary novel for me! Definitely best of all showbiz novels I've read.

MC is the serious, poker-faced guy type that gets the job done no matter what. Little to zero embarrassment even when doing cute dance and all that. He's dedicated to his job, very cool-headed, sensible, and quick-witted. Overall, the kind of guy that everyone relies on.

His group members (and other support characters) are not two dimensional, rather they have their own backstory, personality, and sides — and not all of it are pretty. The plot where MC and his group face challenges almost every comeback felt a bit repetitive and predictable sometimes, but definitely not enough for me to stop reading. It's still fun because they always varies.

All the things they do — variety shows, comeback, etc. — are very immersive too, it feels like we're reading about actual idols. Not too detailed that it get boring, but detailed enough to imagine about it. There are also pretty images of them that I can't get enough of (thank God this novel's been made into manhwa). Last but not least, the reactions and comments from their fans and general public are really relatable and fun to read!

Another fantastic novel that I devoured in a day!! Oh my freaking gosh, this one is so cute and fluffy. It really starts from his... more>> baby days, so we get to see all sorts of cuteness. It felt like watching my baby grow up :') I thought it would be like Become A Star at first because of the similar concept, but they aren't. Here we get to occasionally see his past lives, and there are 'screen' that notify whenever he uses his ability or when it levels up (said screen was only mentioned casually in a passing so I don't feel like it's an important part of the story). We also got to see MC acting in all forms and stages that he loved, so loving that diversity. MC is also a Mary Sue, but what do you expect? Anyhow, I love MC and would totally become his fan!! Almost reached 400 chapters before I pause reading this novel. Tbh, the premise is great, not to mention the plot twists. The characters are charming as well, particularly Yoo Jonghyuk, Kim Dokja, Han Sooyoung, and Uriel. However, I decided to pause reading this because I got overwhelmed by the plot and also quite tired of seeing Dokja self-sacrificing himself continuously. This novel is really too addicting and I need to focus on my upcoming exam week as well. When that storm passes and I gathered enough courage to continue reading, I'll rewrite this again. Just finished reading this novel (and manhwa) and I just need more chapters!!! Really, author-nim, 270 chapters are far too short heuk ㅠㅠ. The ending is really... how should I say this? Personally, I think it's a bit cliche? Yet I can't think of a better ending than that. It's a happy end, but I feel slightly bitter. The side and after stories are wholesome, those soldiers are really too cute. If there is one thing I'm disappointed in, it was the fact that the author doesn't disclose the fate of other supporting characters :( I got quite attached with them, like Goto Ryuji, Choi Jongin, and Liu Zhigeng. Hopefully they live happily and become... more>> friends with each others and MC in the unseen story.

As someone unused to shounen novels, some words and happenings are a bit confusing but it's still manageable. Honestly, I enjoy this to the point of making their fanart my phone's wallpaper. The characters are charming, the worldbuilding is there, there are a lot of fluff next to the actions. Also, the plotline is fast-paced, intriguing and not cliché nor easy to guess. MC is a PD with a notorious reputation of genius editor — mainly by doing the 'devil edit' to people on his shows. The first chapter describes his PD-self pretty clearly. However, he's not actually a tr*sh. He's secretly soft and kind and had a rough personality as well as 'can't stand injustice' (MC literally said that himself), but he's also someone who knows hardship since he had to take care of himself and his little brother from a young age without anyone to depend on. A calculating, strategic type of person who do whatever method to get what he want and succeed. He's also protective of those he likes and young boys (because it reminds him of his brother).

The novel reminds me of DoD sometimes, mainly because of MC and Park Moondae's personalities and the repeating premise in an idol novel. But I enjoy this novel very much! Wow. This is really good... I finished reading all translated chapters (96 chapters) in one day because it was THAT good. Completely captivated me. This story is about MC who had reincarnated 999 times and are now living his 1000th life. He loved arts and in this world are dedicated to the art of acting, hence his choice to pursue the actor career. But of course, with the help of his past lives, he was good at all kind of things — not only arts, it seems like he's perfect as has been mentioned in the novel a couple of times. The author also portrayed his humanity very well via MC's own emotions and interactions with his family. There are some unrealistic parts in the novel (mostly about how everything went too well for him so far, but again, still understandable). Some people also seemed to think the parts depicting his fanbase's interactions with each others and also the media and the people's reactions to him are too long. However, I find that part enjoyable just as the rest of the novel. I particularly love seeing everyone praising him on the internet, and the fans are so relatable (speaking as a kpop stan).

At first it's just entertaining, however as I keep reading I find myself overwhelmed and grimacing at the interactions. They're just too much for someone who doesn't show affection much like me. There are parts that feels unnecessary or dragged out, but it wasn't unbearable. The storyline feels a bit bland and lacking emotion sometimes? And the characters wasn't written that well to make me feel emotionally attached to them, especially the supporting charas. And the translator did a good job, but there are still some parts that are translated wrong.

MC is adorable and oblivious, and everyone's just head over heels for him. I found myself getting fond of the members and the CEO, so thank god it was a harem story. Hopefully there will be sexy scenes soon lol. But that's just it. 68 chapters in and it's obvious this story focuses more on MC and his relationships with his men rather than his career.
