Unlike most people I thought the male lead was in fact too good for her.  <<less

The first few chapters were promising: a king transmigrates into the body of a citizen who lives in a vassal country. He thought they were on good terms, that everyone liked each other. I mean just look at all the gifts they exchanged throughout the course of being diplomatic!... more>>

But the reality was a dismay.  Turns out the rare stone he gave them was spat upon as garbage barely fit to pave the roads with. The mutually beneficial relationship was viewed as a s*ave to a dictator. 

Yeah, really good premise right? It would have been good, but the king's characterization was s*upid. The guy -sigh. What a waste of a potentially great character. <<less
