At the same time, as somone who personnally despise de morality and behavior of cultivation novels, I have selected these few novels which I miraculously managed to keep reading despite not liking the genre.
This makes those novels a level above the basic brainless cultivation genre, otherwise, they wouldn't last 3 chapters in my hands. Give it a try.

Main character : 3/5. Classic cultivation character with robotic unwavering determination, thick skin in regards to romance etc... The only difference with the usual cultivation scum is that he has a morale sense, and will only be ruthless to specific individuals.
